Great!

The outside and neighborhood definitely look less attractive than the pictures. The parking options are really poor. But the staff are really nice. The rooms were definitely clean and will kept. The AC worked very well which was very important! And our favorite part was their community lost and found including sunscreen! They had snorkel equipment and beach chairs that we used that we appreciated greatly! It's mostly just the appearance of the outside and the very basic accommodations that make this less than ideal.

Very nice property! Parking spots are tight. The parking spots will fit an F150 but I do not recommend, the alley entrance is very narrow. The room was clean, cozy and the A/C worked well. Staff is very friendly and helpful, they have loads of beach gear to borrow. I would definitely stay here again.

Close to everything

Waikiki Central Hotel rescued us on two occasions when our travel plans changed at the start and finish of our planned visit to Waikiki. Our pre-booked AirBnB could not extend our stay but WCH, just around the corner from our AirBnB, took us on both nights and resident manager, Reece, arranged parking for us late at night outside office hours. The property is tired but reasonably maintained and very clean. Good value for money.

Nice location, when u get out there is a lot of places to eat, 2 blocks away from Waikiki beach, a block away from bus stop going to Ala Moana, and located just behind Hyatt Regency. You can borrow beach chairs n paddle board for free. Aircon is in perfect working order. Will stay there again if i go to Honolulu for a few days. Reasonable rates.

It was a great place for on a budget with comfortable bed, good bathroom, small kitchenette and overall clean. Only downside it only has 5 parking spots. You pay for what you get.

We had an amazing stay, and for our first time in Oahu, we truly couldn’t have picked a better place! Waikiki Central Hotel may be a smaller property without all the typical resort-style amenities, but it more than makes up for it in every way that matters. First and foremost, the staff was outstanding. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, always greeting us with the warm "Aloha" spirit that made us feel so welcome. Our room was clean and comfortable, and while daily housekeeping wasn't provided, the team was always quick and happy to assist with anything we needed. No resort fees—and yet everything you need for an amazing stay is right here. Location-wise, it doesn't get better. The hotel is truly central—just steps from Waikiki Beach, and a short walk to fantastic food spots, the International Market, Waikiki Shopping Plaza, and more. We will absolutely be staying here again. Thank you, Waikiki Central Hotel, for making our first trip to Oahu so special!

This price and everything so close to go Perfect

The room was run down and filthy. Looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in several visits.

Good location, parking available but very limited. Guy from reception told us to move the cars from the parking lot, even though we parked there just for 15 minutes and one of us stayed by the car in order to move it, just incase any other people would like to drive out. But it was 06:30 am! We moved the cars but I find that rude.

Great location! Two blocks from beach and two blocks to bus stops. Rented a car last few days and the parking on the street was a little challenging but very doable, just pay attention to parking signs. Photos were accurate, old building but very clean and good decor. Great for anyone on a budget, one block from rich hotels but can't justify 5 times the price for being in the central location.
