Wonderful stay!! Will absolutely be returning!

Great location, amazing hotel and wonderful service!

This property had friendly staff and the as super clean. Great stay and central location.

The staff are engaging and very helpful— thank you Elena and Sophia for making us feel so at home! This hotel is located in a place with easy access to the subway. While there is no on-site parking, it was wonderful to have a safe place to park the car right nearby, and for an amazing rate! Our room was clean and had everything we needed — and more. It was great to have dishes, glasses, cutlery, etc. so that we could easily eat food we brought in. (It might be nice to have dish soap in the kitchen area, though.) The robes and slippers were an added bonus! We had a wonderful visit in NYC and when we return we will definitely book at this hotel again.

This is a great place to stay in Long Island City. It was a 15-30 minute drive from Citi Field, depending on the time of day. There was parking about 2 blocks away that was convenient. The area feels comfortable. We were up early and took a walk to find a breakfast place. Most things in the area do not open till about 8am. That being said, if you needed a bite to eat, they had some muffins and cookies at the check-in area that looked very good. The staff was personal and responsive. Everything was great and the place was very cute!

The staff was super friendly, the room was comfortable, clean and spacious. I My 90 year old mom and 2 sisters stayed in the penthouse. The beds where comfy and cozy and warm enough for my 90 year old mom. It was suprisingly cold and rainy for june so the spaces ability to warm up the loft space was a great accomadation.

The property itself outside looks awful with faux flowers around the door that look like they've been there for decades, faded and ragged. The inside of the property was clean and I appreciated that. However, service was terrible. they wouldn't accommadate early check-in, nor late check-out. And if they had, there would charge extra. We stayed overnight and never saw any other visitors, so them claiming they were too busy for changing check in/out times were bogus. For an expensive night they failed on any courtesy arrangements. I would never go there again!

This hotel is really neat and clean. The rooms are spacious and the amenities are comprehensive.

Beautiful rooms and views. The neighborhood is great and you are with walking distance to restaurants and corner stores. We especially liked Xochimilco for breakfast. It’s also quick car or train ride to NYC.

Pulling up I was skeptical as the area is a bit run down. That being said, it seems to be an up and coming area. Great hotel outside of the city. Very clean, pleasant staff and the room was great. There are only 16 rooms so it was nice and quiet.

The room was very nice with fancy towels amd a nice art room where we relaxed and charged up our phones. They corner store with food was also very good.

A hidden gem. Don't stay at outrageously priced hotels in Manhattan. Instead stay here where it's just a 5 minute walk to a train station that will get you into the heart of Manhattan within 15-20 minutes. The hotel itself was lovely and I was impressed with the amount of space my and my friend had in the twin room... especially since it's New York! (our previous stay before this was in a cramped room that was half the size for almost the same price).

Parking was a couple of blocks away but we found a space on the street practically across from the hotel. Room was lovely and staff was kind and efficient. Would have enjoyed someplace to eat or shop nearby but it was a completely residential area.

I will definitely be back. Its a perfect place to hide from the big city. I loved the design of the room. From what I remember its a boutique hotel, family owned, and artsy. I think the only thing i could complain about was that there wasnt much opportunity to really talk to the front desk, but the little interactions we had were good either way. After a long day it i was happy to come back to a very comfortable bed.
