Friendly, lovely room overlooking the sea. Convenient for the pavilion. Excellent breakfast .

Really lovely room, and friendly host

Stayed in Seascape guest house for two nights and had a great stay. Property location is central to so many shops, restaurants and pubs. Great views of the sea too. The room was very comfortable and clean and had everything you needed. Sean is a great host and his eye for detail is exceptional, and also cooks a fantastic full English breakfast (black pudding included 😁) Would highly recommend a stay in Seascape Weymouth.

Second time at the Seascape and as with the first visit all was excellent. From the warm welcome from the host, Sean, to the comfort of the room, not to mention the excellent breakfast. Thank you again and hooe to visit again soon.

Single room was suitable with everything i needed for my stay. Tea/coffee/tv. And an amazing breakfast and host, to finish my 1 night stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Seascape, the room was lovely. The bed was comfortable, although we'd have preferred better pillows, they were slightly too hard and flat, but that's personal preference, Breakfast was freshly cooked and was nice. Sean was very friendly and kind. We would stay again.

Excellent host, very accommodating, nothing was too much trouble, lovely breakfast and room with view looking over the harbour, thank you so much, will definitely be back.

Fewer breakfast choices, prefer individual boxed cereals; Good full English but need to text choices night before Lovely views of sea or harbour Would get rid of plastic flowers on breakfast tables

Excellent location close to beach, harbour and 5 minutes to town centre

Disabled access not good stairs only one hand rail on one side only stayed one night not three due to access problems streets all closed due to ironman race no notice given or would not have booked

Room was lovely. Nicely decorated. Toilet not flushing well but it's not a huge issue. Shaun was pleasant and very accommodating. Breakfast was lovely and well presented. A lovely place and will be back soon to stay again....

The B&B was excellent, the owner was very helpful and welcoming. The room was very clean, with everything we needed and if it was not in the room, the owner did his best to accommodate. Breakfast was of a good choice, full English to just cereal and toast. Our overall experience was brilliant.

O water in room every day . Coffee and milk not topped up every day . Hot tap constantly running . And 7 flights of stairs to climb to the top rooms .

The owner was very supportive and understanding. Wifi was not good on top floor. Water pressure in shower poor

Close to every thing beach bars shops restaurants all in easy reach . Excellent breakfast .

Stayed for 1 week and had clean teacups once did not have no change off beds nor clean towels had to buy bottles of water to fill kettle when he went into are room on Tuesday didn’t even empty the bin had to ask for toilet rolls
