Very bad service from Travelio, waiting from 2pm until 4pm but no one contacted me or see me. Been calling to Travelio since 9pm the day before and they said someone will contact me via Whatsapp. Call their customer service, but they're very rude with no apology or empathy coming from the Customer Service Staff. Will never use Travelio anymore and will not recommend to anyone.
