My stay at Ventus Ha Hotel was overshadowed by the extremely poor room service. The food took nearly three hours to arrive and, when it finally did, it was cold and unappetizing. On several occasions, room service never showed up at all. The menu had very limited options, which made it difficult to find anything appealing. Additionally, the on-site dining areas were constantly overcrowded, with long lines and extended wait times. For a hotel of this caliber, I expected much better service and efficiency. Sadly, the dining experience left a lot to be desired.

The property is very luxurious, clean, the food and drinks are amazing. The staff are very friendly and respectful. This is my 3rd time and we will keep going back.

Everything was above expectations, the food and the service was wonderful. Only problem was the beach was not clean .

Venus Ha is a very nice place. Beautiful buildings and structures. It has a swimming pools and tubs wherever you go. Good food selections and nice, friendly, and good people. The place has varieties of restaurants to go. Nice place to walk around. I would recommend this place and I would give it a 5 stars but it has that mangrove smell that turns me off, other than that, a 5 star hotel! My adult kids and my 9 yrs old live this place!

Such a peaceful and lovely resort

I had a fantastic time at the establishment. It is probably about my sixth time staying there and this time I upgraded to platinum it came with a swim up room a private butler transportation to wherever you need it 24 hour room service laundry services as well as a bottle of wine, fresh fruit, and chocolate. I will say that my butt, MANUEL was amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure I was OK the afternoon butler Omar was a little bit lazy and very hard to locate at times. This hotel is phenomenal and I am so grateful to have stayed here one more time .

Whilst we had a challenge during our check in due to what appears to be a miscommunication between Expedia and VENTUS Ha, we had a great time during our stay. The staff were friendly and the property was well kept. The staff do their best to get everyone entertained and for us the Italian restaurant was won the restaurant best restaurant out of the 9 competitive restaurants. Overall, our 4 hours of stressful checking time was worth it even though we felt our welfare wasn’t considered as a priority. I wouldn’t factor this in my review because I think is not fair on the hotel. However, I would recommend they prioritise the welfare of their clients over money.

The grounds were immaculate, super clean rooms and pools! The staff was wonderful and there were plenty around. The food was great and plenty of choices - buffets and sit down options. Lots of pool locations to choose from. Big bonus was at one of the pools has a 'mountain' that the kids (7 & 10) could JUMP off of into a 12ft pool - the jump was about 10ft high! And a slide that was pretty fast! Lifeguards were supervising. Pool activities were fun to watch. Drinks were great! Room service is INCLUDED! (and super good too!) They did a wonderful 4th of July celebration - a huge spread of BBQ foods and activities! Couple of things we wish we knew before booking: the Ventus Ha is across the street from the main dining options - buffets and most sit down restaurants. The walk was about 5-10 minutes from our room to get to anywhere. No clear explanation of the dining locations at check in. Took us an afternoon of exploring to figure out where all the dining options were. Just need to plan accordingly or you will do more walking than necessary! (You definitely get your steps in no matter what!) You only get 2 devices on their WiFi for free - anymore than that, you pay $60 a device for the week to get on their WiFi. We didn't know that when booking and we were a family of 5. Ended up using our cellphone international plan for the others. And you couldn't hotspot to the other devices and couldn't screencast to the TV or to other devices.

It was beautiful. We loved the food, entertainment and the pools.

Very friendly people with positive attitude

Guys, I had no idea that we could have so much fun at the all inclusive Ventus Ha. We are owners at the Royal Haciendas. But we will never go back after experiencing Ventus Ha. It was way better! Tons more action here. Better food, better service. They made us feel like Royalty. Might want to remember to bring lots of 5s and 10s cause your going to want to tip everybody!

Excellent. Management and staff take pride in this gem. Food is well managed and expertly prepared. You can see the result of good planning and management across the resort campus. Want to go again.

The resort is good. The building is new. The restaurants are good, but booking a dinner is complicated.

The room was new and clean. The smell was horrible by the beach. Only time they would come to clean our room was at 9pm. Hard to get dinner reservations. The buffet is way to small for 3 properties to use.

The hotel was not very accommodating or empathetic when we had bed bug concerns (over 40 bites all over) and required us to go to the lobby multiple times to get it resolved. Once we were moved to a new room, the room did not appear to be cleaned very well (hair ties, rags found, dirty floors) and lights in the bathroom were not working. The maid also never came to clean the 2nd room we were in. We would not stay here again.
