We had a lovely stay. Staff were friendly and helpful, lovely atmosphere. We had dinner at the pub. The best ever GF fish and chips! I’ve tried a lot. Room with a hot tub was great! Breakfast was delicious 😋 Would highly recommend, we will book again

This little hidden getaway was just what was needed. The staff were amazing, helpful, friendly and professional. The accommodation (we stayed in the cherry room, with hot tub) was spotless, roomy and very comfortable. Great value for money. The food, both dinner and breakfast was out of this world. We will definitely be booking again!

Our stay was fantastic. Me and my husband share the same birthday. I had arranged it with the staff that they would leave balloons blown up in our room prior to arrival. They did this with no worries. Room was excellent. Hot tub awesome. Food was phenomenal. We've already booked to return next year.

The property is ideally situated for walking. Great welcome, room ready and staff lovely. We raised an issue immediately about no cushions on the patio furniture. We were given four chair seat cushions but a couple of hours later the owner, Jason had been and purchased two long cushions. Whilst they didn’t fit the sofa we made do and appreciate the attempt to immediately correct something. The room was a little tired in places but in speaking with the owners, they are slowly making their way around to fixing everything having only taken over a year ago! The hot tub was great. The addition of a very large fan in the room (on the three hottest days of the year) was a brilliant idea and it certainly helped to keep us cool. Breakfast was good. Evening meals we ate were also good. The grounds are beautiful. A quiet place tight in the heart of nature! Would recommend

Staff went out of their way to provide an excellent service and deal with queries, all of them, and we spoke to about six during our 3 night stay. Wi-Fi was a problem however, partly due to local geography. Would it not be simple just to put in an ID and a password which could be contained in room info? Breakfast was excellent, as was the restaurant but it was a surprise not to have a "help yourself" area with cereal, yoghourt, fruit and juices for those who do not want a cooked breakfast. I did however try 3 different cooked breakfasts and enjoyed all of them, as well as the interesting Rooibos tea. The above are meant to be constructive criticisms, more than outweighed by everything else. We could come back again.

Very enjoyable stay, highly recommended

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Lovely and welcoming place with very friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic food, though baked beans could have been bit hotter as only luke warm. Room was big, lovely and bright without door space and hot tub. Only downside was slight lack of cleaning - thick dust in wardrobe & on wall mirror plus kettle needed descaling which they did when asked to do it. Would still go back despite few issues which we did raise and hopefully will address them.

The breakfast menu was cooked on demand several choices. The hot tub was a lovely way to relax after our days out. Well maintained to an excellent standard. Room was clean the bed was comfortable plenty of tea and coffee etc in the room. Staff were very friendly polite and professional. The food in the restaurant was good.

We recently stayed at The Three Lions in Fordingbridge and had a really lovely experience. From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming and relaxed, making it a perfect getaway for the two of us. One of the highlights of our stay was having our own private hot tub. It was such a great touch and made the whole trip feel extra special—ideal for unwinding and enjoying some quiet time together. In the morning, we were treated to a delicious breakfast. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would happily return. It’s a charming spot with thoughtful touches that made our visit memorable.

We loved our stay at the Three Lions. From start to finish the service, food, peace & quiet, menu choices, cleanliness, comfort and environment were perfect. The hot tub was perfect too and we had the best weather of the year which just topped it off!

Hot tub perfect Breakfast delicious Staff very polite Lovely room but could do with the plug hole in the bathroom sink replacing. Very rusty, doesn’t look too pleasant. A seat cover on the outside seat would make it more comfortable

Arrived with a rushed check in .. used the hot tub and then it all went down hill .. dirty ashtray with cigarette butts floating in water and someone else's hair tie and cork on decking, dirty cushions, no table so old fridge put in stained and dirty mouldy inside and not on, kettle with stagnant water, TV not plugged in so had to pull out furniture and crawl on floor to sort this with thick layer of dust on TV cabinet. Stained towel rail, rubbish left in bedside cabinet ... Moved room . Agreed reluctantly to stay to have a mediocre meal and get back to the room with a bed covered in fly's hopping around, ended up checking out and driving home the one and half hour. No real apology, refunded but still charged for a curry that was in fact diced roast beef in a curry gravy no onions or sauce as such, onion rings that tasted of fat so left a watery coleslaw and a coronation prawn cocktail that was bland. Definitely never again. For £117 it was filthy and disappointing.

We just had one night stay wishing to relax and decompress. It was perfect. Quiet, the room was lovely and warm (easy to adjust temperature to our own preference), our own hot tub to relax in, fabulous breakfast. Shower lovely and powerful, plenty of towels. Such a lovely stay. Thank you
