A well maintained hotel where the staff were very helpful and friendly. Situated in the centre of the city close to many of the sights. There were many excellent tapas bars and restaurants in the area. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a good hotel in Seville

Fantastic location to cathedral, shopping n dining. The tram is just around the corner to help get around town which helps not to have to walk everywhere. The rooms are nice n clean n comfortable.

For the cost Kleenex in the room is an MUST or 2 rolls of toilette paper not one, fresh water every day, shower cap and maybe robe and slippers. Other than that, great location, great staff, comfortable bed and pillows and great shower.

Nice property - exceptional service

This is an amazing property. Staff are all nice & very helpful. It is located right in the heart of the tourist area . Walking distance yo cathedral. Extremely clean. A big plus if you have been traveling & want to do some laundry there is a laundromat to back of hotel . Washer are set with prefilled soap . Oh the convenience. Love love this property . Restaurants within walking distance . We even walked to a flamenco show. We did not need any transportation other that to train station at check out .

Nice hotel in a convenient location for the main tourist attractions but not easy to find when you are driving and you do need to park some distance away from the hotel and walk about 10mins. Not the easiest with cases on old cobbled streets. The hotel is nice but there was a strange smell in the communal areas. We had a room that was for wheelchair access and the shower room was a wet room which was not very convenient or nice for us as the water just went everywhere. The door frames on the bathroom door were badly damaged from the water. We were only there for a short one night stay so can't comment on the food etc.

Hotel was in a good location, but a terrible smell of sewage / drains throughout the hotel, which they tried to mask with air freshener at every turn. Would not recommend.

The hotel is positioned well, just around the corner from the cathedral. Friendly staff. We were given an accessibility room (which we didnt need) which was poorly laid out. The bathroom flooded every time you had a shower. The plugs in the corner of the main room for the kettle, coffee maker and light had to be manually plugged into an extension lead...not really what I would have expected.

Great hotel. Staff was nice, helpful and friendly. Walkable to alcazar and seville cathedral and all the core old areas. Lovely location. Just 5 min walk from alcazar. Room was large and spacious. Washroom too. Lots of xining options at walking distance. Close to the river. Menu for room service had limited options and pool was tiny so we didnt go in.
