The bed and room was very comfortable.

Pull out sofa was so hard like a rock and very low to the ground, it is not a sofa sleeper . King bed was not a king bed and the bed was very bad, room was hot when we entered.

Overall this hotel was fantastic. The staff was extremely friendly. The room was perfect. Small complaints like water pressure and breakfast not so hot but those are very small things and my opinion only. I would definitely stay here again.

We needed a stop off after a long flight from the UK between Tampa and Orlando. I picked Townplace Suites in Plant City as about halfway and being just off the I4. Wasn' expecting uch, but what I got was great. A lovely clean hotel with spacious rooms. A comfortable, restful stay.

Our house, nearby, had been damaged during Hurricane Milton. We reluctantly had to stay in a hotel for 4 weeks as our house underwent a mold remediation and other extensive work. The staff at Towne Place Suites by Marriott Plant City were exceptional. They made a stressful time much easier to navigate. The hotel was very clean and felt safe. They were stellar hosts to our family (2 adults, 3 kids, 2 cats, and a dog).

Staff was very friendly. Rooms are spacious and in great condition. Only issue is the pull out couch which is incredibly difficult to pull out and not comfortable. Luckily we were only there for one night.
