Spanish music blasting outside all night and room had no toilet paper, everything was dirty (sheets, ice bucket, floors, no water pressure, way too much to list). Very good price but for a reason.

I like the bar and the pool but we couldn't use the pool because it's not heated. The rooms are old and not clean. I had to go buy cleaning supplies and clean. My 13 year old said Dad, I don't want to stay here anymore. This was her second time staying there with me. I thought you guys were remodeling the rooms so I asked for a newer room. I was told by the staff that they're all the same.

The people that live ther its just to much drama and an unsafe enviornment especially if you have a family

There was people gatherd outside making a lot of noise and loud music, also there was roaches in the room and the sink and shower did not produce warm or hot water.

Pretty much your average motel 6 . With the exception of our neighbors throwing loud parties and singing outside his room half the night, it was just okay I would rate. Housekeeping gets only one ⭐ for their rudeness which the manager felt need to apologize for.

The toilet ran all night long, there were cigarette burn holes in the sheets, the floors hadn't been swept in who knows when and the shower was "skeevy."

Me and my sick children slept in the car because there was no booking in the system for me, even though you all were paid and my money was never refunded; Im a platinum member and I received copper treatment. Agents were of no assistance

Excellent hotel very quiet staff friendly

There was blood on my sheets, they gave me a non working microwave to replace a non working microwave and said that's the best they can do because the maintenance man doesn't work on the weekend

I first stayed in the motel side. The light fixtures or phone didn't work, the room had strong cigarette odors, though it was non-smoking. I then stayed in a suite. It had mold underneath the kitchen cabinets. The gym and common area restrooms couldn't be utilized by the guest. It was very loud at night. People would be fighting and screaming in the parking lot and in the pool area.

Property was convenient
