This is a great hotel. The service is top notch, the location is fabulous, and I will definitely stay here again.

Utopic is stunning. It used to be a mansion owned by a wealthy family. It was beautifully converted into a boutique hotel located in the neighborhood of Polanco, a wonderful area of Mexico City. The facade and the interior are gorgeous. The personal was friendly and professional. We recommend it highly!

The location was amazing the hotel in general very clean, beautiful unfortunately the staff wasn’t great. We were denying an extra capsule to make coffee at 7 AM in the morning and they didn’t have any coffee for breakfast until 8 AM. That’s pretty unreasonable.

All the staff was friendly and very helpful. Morad at the front desk was always friendly and asking if we need anything.

I had a great stay in a wonderful neighborhood of Mexico City. UTOPIC was in a great location convenient to everything I wanted to do. The neighborhood was quiet but had plenty of restaurants, bars and shops. There are museums and parks nearby and it was almost directly across from the Auditorio Nacional where I saw "The Warning" for their sold out shows.

Our stay was great, the only thing is that the hotel is noisy so be prepared for that. They could probably put thicker windows to help. No AC either which would also help, but the weather was nice and we didn’t need it.

I felt very safe and well taken care of at this hotel. They have a gate with a security guard and it is in a very safe part of Mexico City. The hotel is a beautiful renovated mansion and rooms were spacious, modern and very comfortable, especially the bed! They had a nice simple breakfast buffet with good coffee and fresh bananas and ingredients to make PB and Js along with yogurt/granola. Tiny gym on rooftop deck was very appreciated as a nice spot to do my morning yoga and stretching. Staff was so friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay there next time I return to Mexico!

The hotel is in a charming historic home that was renovated! The staff was friendly and helpful and rooms were clean and spacious! Only complaint is bring ear plugs. Located near W Hotel and gets loud on a Saturday night. But the earplugs work! The hotel actually has them available!
