Nice quite location In beautiful setting

We enjoyed our stay ! The hotel & the overall service quality were amazing however I cannot skip the housekeeping services that would need some improvements...

A serene and peaceful location , breakfast was poor

When I first get there, I walk in and the place is filthy gross dirty I spent my whole time there Cleaning I had to leave early. I asked for a refund of just one night because we didn’t stay the whole time and they would not give it to me After they made me stay a room.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment and while the hotel was clean and felt updated the apartment was “well loved,” with a heater in one of the bedrooms that would not turn off and the TV would not connect to wifi or stream and only had 5 channels. There was a used Pantene proV packet and qtip on the bathroom counter when we arrived as well. I always feel guilty writing negative reviews when the staff was so sweet and welcoming, and they all were! The dinner and breakfast available were really good and reasonably priced with friendly service!

This is a young property, only 2 years old! So everything is modern, and so is the service provided by the friendly staff. Meal times in the restaurant are posted at the Front Desk; and I was given the wifi password at check-in. Also, the Front Desk made any arrangements, as requested. The food is a mix of traditional Moroccan, French, and American. Moroccan tea, and coffee are included with every meal. A great place to relax and reset!

Faudra faire un effort sur le service et la disponibilité des emplyes, les téléphone ne marche pas dans mon appartement...les serviettes ne suffisaient pas vu que nous étions 5 personnes

I stayed there a week. The place was large and close to where I need to be. I did notice on the last day some ants in the kitchen. Really did not hinder my trip. I plan on staying when I go back.

The hotel is not bad but breakfast is really poor

The building is new but the room is filthy and no towels and smelled horrible never book there anymore.

Personnels irrespectueux surtout le gerant du restaurant, à ne pas conseiller. Une expérience horrible.

Une bonne expérience jolie endroit je crois le seul hotel avec tel qualité dans la ville.

Entretien des espaces extérieurs impeccable mais pas les logements.

Un joli endroit ,belle architecture.ameublement tendance .appartements bien équipés.Mais le linge de maison n'était pas au top côté propreté , mon fils en partant à la découverte de l'appart il s'est mis à m'appeler avec insistance pour me faire voir ce qu'il a découvert entre le drap housse du lit et la couette qui était en dessus : des mouches mortes .de longs poils , d'autres détritus...le draps était sale avec des taches jaunes !!!! Les canapés du salons contenaient de grosses miettes de pain et des reste de chips et autres ...."mesdames les femmes de chambres faites votre travail comme il faut vous êtes payer pour ça " Un autre bémole :la demoiselle de la reception était impolie et pas prifessionnelle du tout , j'ai du faire appell au chef du personnel "simohammed" qui ,lui était vraiment sympa et a fait preuve d'une bonne écoute , pas seulement mais il a fait le nécessaire avec la fille . Il a fait preuve de professionnalisme en sachant absorber ma colère ...merci beaucoup Mr. Venant maintenant au point noir de notre séjour : le petit déjeuner qui n'était même pas digne d'un asile des sans abris , vraiment vu le pris qu'on a payer on s'attendait a un petit déjeuner digne de la gamme d'hôtels dont le zephyr fait partie ( produit de bas de gamme , service pas professionnel du tout ,couverts sales , improvisation et chaos .....) En some ,le lieu est agréable avec deux grandes piscines et de beaux espaces verts une infrastructure grandiose ...j'y retournerai sûrement .
