Hotel is very clean and well maintained. It is also affordable, breakfast is good and staff’s are friendly. Recommended for family. We will definitely come back😊

The door is locked after 9pm. No problem there, the staff was right there to open it and they were so nice and friendly! Would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay, my only wish is that our room had a sofa or loveseat rather than 2 seperate chairs in the living room area. But otherwise a perfect stay, clean, friendly staff and large hot tub in room.

First of all there is no pool or hot tub, like it is there physically, but i was told its too expensive and they will not be filling it for use ever again. Maybe if it was advertised the place would have more occupancy.

The room was clean, hotel was quiet, and staff friendly and helpful.

Lobby is closed between 9pm and 6am ! Shuttle was supposed to pick us up at the back door at 5:20! Clearly he didn’t know about the back door and we didn’t get picked up! No coffee machine in the room so no coffee till 6 AM in the lobby!

Staff was friendly, hot tub in the room was great (other than trying to figure out how to start it, same with the fire place, took us 10 minutes trying to figure them both out. Would have been nice if there was some instructions left on the counter) our biggest complaints was the bed was hard as a rock, the pillows were also very hard. There also wasnt a coffee machine in the room which was very unfortunate. Would stay again, but with lower expectations.

Great we love it here

The room was huge! The staff were exceptional. Our room had 2 fireplaces and a large jacuzzi tub in the bedroom. Our room was very clean as was the hotel as a whole. There's a great breakfast bar with options to kickstart the morning. This place was almost perfect, but unfortunately, really missed the mark when it comes to the bed. The bed in our room was so uncomfortable that I would equate it to sleeping on a piece of plywood. I would have given less stars based on that alone because bed comfort is definitely a key factor in choosing a hotel however, everything else was great so I rated based moreso on the overall rather than the bed. If the beds were replaced with decent upgrades, I would recommend this place to everyone.

Don’t let the name “budget motel” fool you. I found this location cleaner friendlier I’m with more amenities and most of the major hotel chains out there. The room was spotless, and the staff was super courteous and friendly. I would now book this place over any other in the Edmonton airport area!
