Very nice rooms convenient to colleges.

Had thr same experience with the second stay as the first. The front counter checkin was horrible. There is a lack of professionalism with staff that is displayed in front of customers checking in as well as checking out. Ive been coming to this hotel over several months and with this recent experience, i may have to rethink where ill stay when i return in a couple of weeks.

The full size fridge and stove was nice. Overall a good price for a single night's stay during a youth tournament.

Everything was fine until checkout. No one was there when i rang the bell or called out. I found out they were outside having a smoke break. I asked for a reciept and they told me one would be emailed but it was not. Poor service !

Mandie the GM is a hateful, pathetic excuse for a human, let alone a manager in the customer sevice industry. Great place if you want to buy crack though, not so great if you have kids and don't want to be kicked out without explanation.

Definitely won't be back. The floors were vinyl and had not been mopped in a very long time, so feet and socks were black. The bed was fine - clean and new mattress, not plush, but not rock hard either. Daily charge for linens, even though there was not maid service - so towel rental? Area was quiet, mostly tradesmen stay in the hotel so not a lot of partying. The room came with a kitchenette (stove top, micro and fridge) but not utensils or cooking implements. If you wanted to cook, you would need to provide all those. Hotel took advantage of the graduation weekend and jacked the daily rate - but so did every other hotel in town, so . . . capitalism.

This was my first time staying at this property. I was here for LU commencement and while other area hotels were price gouging, this property was reasonable. After walking through two doors to the front desk and checked in, we had to use our room keep to go through another set of doors to the elevators. We were on the 4th floor. It was quiet except for the occasional screaming kid. The smell of marijuana filled the elevator and hallway. The room looks new, clean, and had a kitchen. What it didn’t have was a comfortable mattress or pillows. The bed squeaks so loud when you toss and turn. No dishes, utensils, pots/pans, iron, or hairdryer. These you had to purchase separately. The bottle of combined shampoo, conditioner, and body soap was less than 3 oz. We had to throw out our own trash and if we needed new towels, we had to exhange them at the front desk. Our room never got cleaned or serviced the entire week of our stay. The cost is cheap so you get what you pay for. I don't know if I would stay here again.

Beds were comfortable and the room was clean but no extras in the room like coffee, Kleenex or shampoo. It was okay for 1 night stop over stay

This was cool for a quick two-night stay. It's really hard for me to find anything negative in life. However, the shower tub and curtain rods were dirty. The bedsheets had stains on them. Overall, I feel so much better. However, hopefully, my experience is not your experience

The room and facilities are great. Customer service is a hit or miss. If you dont care too much about that, the place is fantastic.

No tissue in the facility for one week.

They ran out of tissue for one week.

When we arrived in our room after check in- we found a mess walking into the “cleaned room”. On bed was properly made, but with a plastic knife surrounded by crumbs. The other bed not made, the garbage can full of trash. The bathroom had dirty towels piled on the counter, the kitchen had a dirty rag soaking wet near the sink.
