I loved that it was walking distance to everything.

Nice hotel close to train station but right next to tracks. If your room is on east side you will hear trains throughout the night although windows were quite noise insulating. Room small but adequate. Very clean, everything worked. I so up L stay there again.

Lovely hotel, very clean, bright and spacious Welcoming reception staff This hotel is by the railway lines but this didn’t disturb us at all and is ideal if travelling by rail

Great central location. Helpful staff who went "above and beyond expectations " when i encountered a problem. Would definitely consider a return visit.

This is a well maintained hotel with exceptional customer service, comfortable rooms, a nice restaurant, located in the city. We were able to easily walk to a convenience store up the street and also buy pizza from a small shop on our walk back. We accidentally left a few charging cords after we checked out and we were immediately emailed and given three options to remedy our oversight. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Great stay and close to old city

A very enjoyable stay. The property is very well kept and quiet whilst it’s very centrally located. Easy to get to from the airport.

We stayed here for our first city break as a couple and absolutely loved this hotel! We want to return to Krakow later in the year and will definitely be booking here again. Staff are friendly and helpful, the room was spotless and the presentation of the hotel was beautiful and modern. We had a great stay!

To make clear not 4 stars its standard 3 stars hotel breakfast room was like in freezer completely cold food that’s included cold scrambled eggs and frankfurters was eating much better food in 2 stars hotels, very difficult to use lift always occupied by cleaning laundry dirty trolley but was ride lift with delivery’s gay that’s have full trolley of fresh eggs in room very cold wind blowing from not properly sealed windows. Staff was friendly but breakfast and dirty lift not standard for 4 stars

Amazing location for Krakow City Centre. Adjacent to shopping mall, and a close walk to the Old Town. Did reach out to see what could be done to celebrate our engagement and was simply offered a few balloons and wine at an extortionate rate. Also, when reaching out to ask for support in booking a tour of Auschwitz - Birkenau, the hotel gave us an extortionate quote, that was 3x more expensive than average. Also, when our room was cleaned we weren't given sufficient towels, and the hot drinks station was not replenished. The hotel was beautiful, the customer service certainly needs some attention.

Refurbished hotel with great heating system and comfortable design Quite despite close allocation to the train station and roads with trams. Highly recommend to visit and a great stay close to the city centre

The Sky hotel in Krakow, is very close to the main train station & Galleria mall. It’s a beautiful building. Hotel reception staff were really friendly. Our luggage was taken to our room later in the day. We had breakfast which had plenty of choice. Taking an early trip we asked for a breakfast bag and the hotel packed plenty of snacks and drinks for us. The room was comfortable twin beds and plenty of hanging space. Tea and coffee available. Good shower & bathroom was of a good size. I would highly recommend this hotel. It was about 15 mins max to walk into the main square.

We had an excellent stay. The staff was friendly and the room was very clean. It is located very close to public tranportation and a large shopping mall, which we found convenient for our evening meals. I would stay here again.

Room was cozy and adequate. Staff were polite. Quick walk from the train station. Complementary biscuits and water. Major shopping centre and restaurants close by.

Really recommend this hotel

Marvelous hotel an easy walk from the Krakow central train station. Tried one of the top floor corner rooms since it looked a little funky and was a bit cheaper as well. Didn't realize those rooms do not have a shower, just a tub, so be forewarned if you're thinking of reserving one of those rooms. Other than that, place was super modern, clean, and service was top notch. Would absolutely stay here again if ever in Krakow (just not in one of those top corner rooms).
