Our stay at the Vidam Hotel Aracaju was pleasant and, in many ways, unique. The rooms are comfortable and, within the hotel facilities, there are great options for leisure and rest. We want to highlight the special and warm service the concierge Antonio and the waitress Anita provided. We are truly grateful for being treated with this care and attention!

One of the best hotels I have stayed in Brazil. The hotel structure, location and services are great. The best of best? The staff. Everyone there was cordial and friendly. Extra points to Sr Antonio Maia, Omar, Mirella and Miseias. Anitta from the breakfast service was outstanding. She was dedicated to offer the best service and went extra communicating with my husband ( an English speaker) . They are well informed about what’s going one in town. During the Sao Joao festivities, they have decorations and live music. Love their breakfast. Plenty of options. You can also order typical dishes like cuscuz and tapioca. WONDERFUL HOTEL!

The ONLY place to stay in Aracaju. Not many Americans/English speakers in the area but this hotel made you feel at home. Lots of cool events at the hotel. Immaculately clean.

Wonderful boutique property, beautiful pool in an ideal location! Very comfortable feel. Staff is great, but some do not seem to be empowered to accommodate needs. Lobby area a little outdated. Overall, a good experience!! Thank you

I totally recommend the Vidam. The most amazing point was the hospitality of the staff that worked at the hotel. Paulo, Anitta and Antônio were amazing. They went above and beyond. The outdoor spaces and amenities were great. The only two cons in my opinion were the jacuzzi (not on during the cold days) and the bedroom decor.

Gabriel at the front desk as well as the breakfast and restaurant staff are incredible hosts. Best breakfast in the entire world.

O hotel é excepcional. Muito bom mesmo. Um ponto a melhorar é o estacionamento/lugar para deixar o carro.

Amamos o hotel, atendimento nota 10. Ficamos na suite deluxe premium king. MARAVILHOSA. Tudo muito limpo e cheiroso. Café da manhã sem defeito. O único porém é que apesar de ser vista mar, é longe demais e a praia de Atalaia nao tem estrutura nenhuma. O que nos salvou foi o Vidam com suas piscinas e 2 jacuzzis quentinhas no segundo andar. 😍
