Clean and comfortable. The bed was super comfy. Breakfast was excellent. Lovely experience.

The room was clean but room service was spotty. Some days it was serviced, others not. I had breakfast coupons, but wasn't able to use them most days because I had to be on my way before it opened at 8 am. The bathroom sink vanity had quite a lean to it. I was a little worried it was going to fall off the wall, but maybe that was unfounded. I appreciated having an iron and board in the room. That said, the ironing board cover is in need of replacement.

Other than the included breakfast next door (where the staff were great), there's not much good that I can say about my stay here. The shower/bathtub barely drained (so you were standing ankle deep in discarded water), the towels were ripped (not something I'd even offer to guest I didn't like in my own home), and numerous code compliance issues were noticed around the room I was in. The TV system was from the 2000s and the bed was a 5/10, at best. Sorry, but having stayed in a lot of lodging all over the world I know you can do a lot better for $250/night.

Room was very clean; staff was lovely and helpful.

Booked room with jet tub online for 2 nights. On arrival was told jets in tub was not working. After inspection of room later that night learned the fireplace no longer works and bathroom exhaust fan also did not work. First night decided to eat and have couple drinks at the in hotel bar.Horrible service, after seated waited what seemed like forever for drinks, to the point we spoke about leaving. Refills were just as bad of wait rhen the first one.May have been 8 others at bar. Second afternoon decided try bar again so we both sat directly at bar Hopeing for better servuce. That did not happen. Would finish drink and bar tender would stand there talking directy to you and still couldnt keep the glass full. No manager on over the weekend. When msged i was told to supply them my credit card info and refund of 15% would be credited. Well that didnt happen . Nights stayed june 26-28 2026...

Staff at the desk was friendly. Room was small, bed was ok to sleep for one night. Nice and warm shower except the top corner of the bath tub has very noticeable black moldy stains. IMy husband was really worrying about the inhaling of germ or moldy bacteria spores through the streamer shower.

What I most like about my stay is the really nice, old-time kind of feeling to the place. It really felt nice with all these chintzy hotels around us. To have a nice, old-fashioned hotel is great. The restaurant was right there, and their food is quite good. The negative comments I made are things like the housework wasn't done as often as I'd like. I did feel the plumbing needed a little bit of attention. But other than that, I really like the room. I like the space and the feel of it.

Lots of character beds were amazing air conditioning very loud and bathroom needs updating drain not working wasn't fixed on our stay

The price was right for a 5 day stay and the staff were very welcoming in the hotel and PUB. I do think the rooms in general need updating, but the room was spotless on arrival. I also recommend providing larger bath towels.

The room did not appear as the picture advertised. There was a smell of urination in the room. The place is outdated in need of redo. The air conditioner was very loud and we had to unplug it in order to sleep at night. The TV did not work. When I voiced these concerns to the staff, it was brushed aside with a comment "yes that has been said before". The area was unsafe to walk in. I would not recommend this place.

Run away..filthy room. And some questionable business practices. Forgot to refund my 250 security charge until I contacted them and today have just run my credit card for another stay that was canceled and confirmed canceled by email. Im getting the runaround getting that charge reversed and will have to go through my bank. I can say the reception desk was great but nothing else positive about this place. I repeat...run don't walk away.

The bed was great and they did let us in earlier but wasn’t as clean as I would have liked.
