The cons: The sheets were not very clean. The fridge was wet inside. The floor was a bit sticky. The cupboard smelled a bit musty. The TV remote didn't work. The rest was just so-so, well standard.

The AC is broken, it's really hot and it doesn't work and in my opinion that's quite crucial for a comfortable stay, the water drain in the bathroom also smells, please fix it

The staff is very friendly, the agent is also very friendly.

Didn't end up staying because the service was unclear and there was no response from the check-in schedule. I had to wait for 3 hours in the lobby like I was being thrown around, it was really unclear.

Fun, recommended for those looking for accommodation in Cinere.

The apartment unit was good and clean when checking in, good to rent as an alternative budget accommodation around Gandul. The environment is clean and quiet, according to my expectations.
