Clean and quiet. will consider to book this hotel chain again.

The family room connects two rooms, each with two beds and a bathroom. There's also extra space between the two rooms with a table, sofa, and a large TV. It was very comfortable for us to use the extra space to play games and have takeout for dinner.

As expected, clean, simple and all the basics at Toyoko inn including laundry.

Our room had a very stinky smell of smoke. The staff on the reception won’t give us a new room and we had to stay in the smoking room as a non smoker.

Great service from the reception with plenty of help answering all questions

The hotel room is clean and new, however, the breakfast choices and timing were limited, it ends too early 9am.

比較的新しいのかな。大月駅裏にある大きな建物(大月という場所柄、びっくりするくらい大きいです)。大月駅改札方面には線路側駐車場横から踏切渡って簡単に出られます。今回、ツーリングで利用しましたが、バイクは入口横の屋根ある場所に停められるので雨降っても安心。機械による自動チェックイン方式なのですが、常にホテルの方が付いて操作説明しながらなので対人チェックインより効率悪いのでは？シングルの予約でベッドはセミダブル。建物や設備もそうですか室内も大変綺麗！浴槽も大きく、ゆったり入ることができました。朝食はバイキング形式で種類はそんなに多くないですが、無料で付いてくると考えれば大変満足(朝食会場係りの方の挨拶が気持ち良かったです)。宿泊料金を考えれば、非常に満足する宿でした。

両親とファミリールームを利用しました。 リビングとして利用するスペースの両サイドにベットルームがあり、バス・トイレも2つあるので使い勝手は良かったです。駅からも高速のインターからも近く、交通の便は良い場所だと思います。 夕食がホテル内では取れないので周辺のお店に行かなければなりませんが、選択肢は少ないかなと思います。

とても綺麗なホテルでした。 朝食に感動です。 またぜひ泊まりたいです。
