Amazing staff, from concierge to cleaners - all of them so helpful and polite. We stayed for 6 nights in Bilbao and this was one of the best hotel experiences we have had. We travel a lot for work and leisure so that is saying a lot! Well done to the staff at Radison Bilbao

Location is excellent , next to train station and near to old town . Hotel staff was friendly and prompt with service. Downside One of the rooms hot water tap didn’t work .

Unimpressed at having to pay to use swimming pool, also no hot water one day

We liked everything about our stay with Radisson. We stay at Radissons offten and have never been disappointed.

Excellent property, top location, friendly staff, great food, my room was over the top - the pool was a little small, but I had it for myself when making a reservation - I enjoyed my stay, except of the weather.

Beautiful hotel, centrally located, close to the shopping area and the old town.

The hotel was amazing, the room was spacious and very comfortable. We ate at the Basque restaurant in the hotel and the food was incredible. I would definitely stay here in the future.

Great location! But the bathroom had mold and the air conditioning was not working.

We would go there again. The hotel has a very good location, very modern, nice and clean rooms and very friendly service.

The property is well located however parking is difficult. The staff in the morning was much friendlier than the staff in the evening. Unfortunately, we received neither a room upgrade nor complementary drinks. The room itself was well designed, but somewhat impractical.

Very nice new rooms, amazing bed and bath. You can tell it is a 5* hotel.

The suite is nice, and the staff are very professional and proud of their city. The restaurant is understaffed and therefore unserious.
