Staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, couldn’t ask for more. The room was excellent and the location perfect to walk around and take in Bilbao

I love the how the rooms and bathrooms are designed specifically the high quality shower. Parking was a little bit hassle but few blocks away there is a parking lot. Transportation was the easiest as more busses and train station are right outside the hotel. There are restaurants and also big mall In front of the hotel.

Very modern ,comfortable great location right across el corte ingles . They have a great rooftop bar .

Hands down WORST hotel experience I've ever had &I travel a LOT!! DONT BOOK - bad reviews all true! Given it's a 5* hotel &I'm also a premium Radisson member, we were treated abysmally. Its management is diabolical. I paid up front for a twin room 4mths ahead of travel. I messaged to reconfirm twin beds, for friends sharing. On arrival, "no twin", they were "fully booked", & receipt of my messages (via hotels app - that all other hotels use reliably/successfully) denied. This wasn't acceptable; we'd booked a 5* hotel as a treat for a wknd catch up &as friends, needed twin beds. The receptionist noticed I was a premium member &then offered a suite as a last resort given no other room options, repeatedly phoning the mgr with no reply. Finally the female mgr arrived - with zero concept of customer service, who cancelled the suite. I was rudely told that twins aren't guaranteed, consistently spoken across. My friend then arrived off her later flight (i'd attempted check in for 2+hrs by now) &also experienced same bad manners. We were begrudgingly found a premium additional room which they expected us to pay for; we argued &it was reduced to a 90eur rate. I stayed in the original (also disabled!) room. A metal bathroom ceiling tile fell down and could've killed me. Another male manager next day agreed to refund extra room cost for night1, plus 25% off nights2&3 - still waiting despite refund receipt! Restaurant breakages left on floor...not enough staff...endless faults...VV.BAD!

Phone in room not working was unable to call for room service. Room 602 directly below rooftop kitchen, woken up each morning at 6am as kitchen staff wheeling around carts and banging doors. Cleaning lady walked in an hour before check-in despite 'do not disturb' sign clearly visible hanging from outside doorknob, walked in with full view of me in shower. Told all to front desk at check out, response: "so sorry". Beautiful property though.

We booked this place because we have a child and they said they had a swimming pool. This is only partly true. The pool is shared with a spa. And priority is given to those who book spa treatments. You have to book swimming time. This is not ideal whatsoever with a child. And in the summer. So beware of this. It is misleading.

The hotel is pretty mediocre. The room size was good which is why I picked it because it worked for our family. The location is also very central which was great. Everything else is squarely ok. The staff was not very helpful or friendly. Rarely even picked up the phone.

Cosmetically the hotel was fine. The staff were friendly as well. However we had multiple issues including the power having to be reset, the key cards malfunctioning on our second day there, the telephone buttons to reception or room service not working, and the pretty bathtub that we couldn’t utilize because the drain plug didn’t work. They were going to charge us for calling the hotel for room service because we couldn’t get the buttons to work but guest services took it off.

Rooms were very nice. Very big bathroom. And staff were friendly and helpful.

Location was good but no parking. They shoudl offer valet because when you have a family or elderly, i would not recommend since it takes 10 mintues to walk and in the summer its a long walk. Besides that , the bellmen was not helpful , just standing body when we were leaving . He said he is busy when we asked for luggage but he was just standing there. The check in Agent was helpful. Breakfast was descent but coffee was awful. REcommend to invest in Illy Coffee or change the machines.

Nice, clean, well-positioned. The superior room I had was a lovely piece to stay for two nights. Staff were very helpful. Rooftop bar is present, however it would be nice to have a view from it.

Nice hotel and friendly staff. Disappointing amenities, pool was an additional fee and the only bar was on the roof where it was too hot to sit out
