First time in Rome. I loved everything about this hotel, it is in a great location about 20 minutes walk from Campo d’ Fiori, Navona, pantheon, Fontana de Trevi , etc and about 30 mins walk to the Vatican (I regreted no taking the stroll at slow pace as there is a great view of the city as you walk up the hill). There is a Carrefour and farmacy about 3 mins walking distance, cafe trastevere 👌, a Tiramisi boutique, restaurantes, gelaterias, pizzerias, bars, every trying closed by. 2 Bus stops less tha 4 mins walk and about a 6 mins driving distance from trastevere station. The breakfast was amazing! The top roof bar restaurant very good, had steak dinner twice, not drinks though. Room was very spacious, clean and modern. The hotel lobby is very pretty and comfy. But what was the most wonderful to me was the staff Melania & Alessio made sure my stay was comfortable and stress free! I would definitely stay here again

Everything !!! From the minute I walked in the aroma that fills the entire hotel from the lobby to my room shower Etc!! Staff is kind and polite which is so refreshing in these times.

Beautiful room, very nice bathroom, everything spotless, and very nicely decorated. Check-in and checkout were smooth. Breakfast was great. Also, very well-located with lots of good restaurants within a few minutes walk.

Our stay was great. The room was clean and the staff was attentive and accommodating. The location is al’s great, it was accessible to tons of restaurants and activities.

Very friendly staff, the breakfast staff were excellent, the top restaurant excellent as well Gerry treated us like royalty, I highly recommend your staff and place.

The staff was helpful and the decor was nice. Our room was really small, the shower was awkward (long & thin with the showerhead in a odd spot), and we requested items we didn't receive.

We received the class of customer service that one hopes for when traveling abroad. The attention we received from staff was extraordinary. When we arrived I was very sick. One of the women at the front desk took the time to personally walk my husband and I to a nearby clinic and speak on my behalf. I will never forget this kindness and professionalism. Beyond that the rooms were well appointed with great attention to detail. The location is also perfectly situated near everything but not in a crazy congested area. Overall - fantastic!! Thank you.

Amazing service and the spot.

The hotel is located in my favorite neighborhood in Rome. The staff was wonderful with the front desk assisting with restaurant reservations, and returning my daughter's Air pods, which she left behind. The hotel's rooftop restaurant was delicious! The baked goods at breakfast were good and the coffee was excellent, but I would prefer more egg options. Overall, highly recommend.

UNA is a marvelous hotel. The staff are wonderful. I loved my room and it was very clean.

Amazing area! We looked for months on where to stay and this place was not in the location we were looking but so happy with our choice. It’s not overly touristy with great local vibe and day and night life. We were able to walk across the river every day for all the big atttractions. Hotel is clean, staff is accommodating. We would definitely return
