Great hotel and very clean, and the place is very cold everywhere.

I like staying in this hotel. It's about 2 days spending time in Bangkok. For the first time coming, the staff didn't really understand English, but the next day, the girl staff is good. We can speak a lot, and she is nice. I forget her name, sorry. 🤗😅 Maybe for the next visit, I will take this hotel again, because I can meet with Faye Peraya Malisorn in front of the hotel (Amor Saloon). LOL

Check is fast and easy. They asked for room deposit for min 500 baht.

Bad service staff, bad service staff

If you want a hotel that provides service It wouldn't be suitable here. Since the parking lot is small, the gaps are very narrow, the security guards are quite difficult to work with. Don't be too bothered. When they saw we were about to leave, they didn't deal with the car blocking us. We had to wait to be told and moved slowly. You have to park on the ground floor. And you have to carry your luggage up to the elevator to the lobby on the 2nd floor. There are no employees to lift it up for you. The room is a good size room. It's not very big but it's divided into portions. Considered worth the price. But secretly it's not clean. There's a lot of dust, hair, and dirt on the floor. In summary, the hotel is good for sleeping at a good value. But if you hope or are used to the hotel's services There won't be any here.

Customer service was okay, but they don't clean well. And they don't change towels daily unless you ask them to. But apart, location was okay.

The hotel is damp and smells musty, and there is a similarity in name to another hotel which is a bit far apart, so Grab often takes the wrong one to the other hotel.

The hotel is quite deep. But there is a tuk tuk service to go to BTS. The driver (Khun Tawan) takes care very well, good service, reception staff take good care, tell all details, very good. Recommend nearby places for all guests who come to stay. It is considered a 4-star hotel with services that exceed standards.
