Falta de elevador, cobrança de criança de 2 anos como uma 3a pessoa adulta por usar um quarto com uma cama de solteiro, pois não tinha berço.

O local do café da manhã, por estar calor e sol, parecia que estávamos em uma estufa, os frios derretiam (queijos) ou ressecavam ( presuntos) se trocassem a cobertura acredito que ficaria mais agradável em qualquer estação. Colocar elevador, terceira idade e cadeirantes impossível.

Nice hotel in a good location. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Room was ready early so they allowed me to check in on arrival which was very much appreciated. Room was a good size although bathroom a little small, but good shower. Nice balcony in my room looking out on to the quaint street and restaurants. Comfortable bed and had a good sleep. Didn't have chance to use the pool and try the included breakfast due to having to leave very early in the morning.

I would definitely stay here again because of the location. Many restaurants and bars. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

tivemos a infelicidade de ter uma barata no quarto..e o porteiro não tinha sequer um spray disponível. O quarto estava aparentemente limpo...O banheiro era apertadíssimo.e o chuveiro era fraco. a acessibilidade é difícil.. são 3 níveis de escada pra ir ao salão do café.

A estadia em si foi boa. Porém foi cobrada a taxa de café da manhã, que não foi fornecido em virtude do horário, portanto, não deveria ser cobrada, deveria ser descontada no checkout.

Muito boa, confortável, um quarto pra dormir e deixar suas coisas, fiquei mais tempo fora do hotel, então nesse contexto foi satisfatório, em frente atravessando a rua tem um restaurante com comida e drinks muito gostosos e em conta. Tudo top

Perfect little hotel ina nice neighbourhood, safe and with good dining options. Only little problem was the communication upon check-in and check-out, as nobody (not even the owner or manager) speaks English or any other language but Portuguese.

Great service and location. Walking distance to subway and one block away to good restaurants, bars and a mini market. Very easy access to Paulista Avenue. Staff is very helpful and polite and they try their best to speak English. The hotel is very new (less than one year), so everything is clean. Rooms are not big, but comfortable. The free breakfast at the rooftop is a plus, although, most of the view is blocked by buildings. Stayed September 2014 for business. Will definitely return for my next trip to Brazil.
