Great stay

Wasn't as great as expected, staff was not friendly and acted rushed. The central air and heat did not work. The breakfast was not good at all. Not pleased

I had a beautiful view! The room was so clean and the staff so friendly.

Clean, professional and very courteous staff, very clean, common areas and rooms/bathrooms….walkable to convention center!!! Our stay WAS PERFECT! Thanks to all of the staff for making our tournament weekend so comfortable!

Excellent views, no other noise except the sound of waves from the beautiful beach, clean room and bath, drying bench for the wet clothes once you are back from beach/pool, everything looks well planned except for paid parking which was on the opposite side of the road, but once you figure out the directions you can park closer to the garage elevators.

It was a very nice stay! Loved the view and the staff was very nice! As well as great breakfast service !

While we really enjoyed this stay. I was disappointed, when I discovered bloody sheets on the pullout couch. Unfortunately to aggravate the situation, room service wanted us to change the sheets ourselves, which we refused to do so. While we were given a small credit for the parking, cleanliness is what I care most about when staying at a hotel with my family, While anyone can make an error, changing the sheets in all beds including the pullout couch should not be optional. Unfortunately for the Hotel that’s why my overall score is 2 stars.

Like this hotel a lot, 2nd time staying and for sure will be back.

Check-in was easy and the Front desk staff were amazing and very helpful! I will definitely be staying again.
