First time visiting Delhi. This place has potential, but the following needs to be addressed:
1.Transparency in services - They advertised on Expedia that the place provides shuttle services to and from airport for a surcharge - booked and paid - called the hotel multiple times and was told they do not provide shuttle service. I was told to take a taxi for the airport- spend twice the amount of time getting to the apartment because the taxi driver didn’t know the location. Later a staff said they do provide shuttle and I did not book it properly - when I confronted the staff they retracted their version.
2. Retrain the front desk staff - I booked one room for 5 days and a separate room for one night. I paid for both a rooms- had my in-laws stay overnight - next day after they left I checked out of the one bedroom - I took two bottles of water from that room and took it to my room - I thought since I paid for the room then why not - the front desk told me to return the two bottles of water - very petty and embarrassing- train your staff to know who the customers are that are paying for the service.
