Very clean. The only thing I would say is the breakfast staff didn’t keep up with food demand as well as they should. Several things would run out before it was replaced, including coffee. There was a great selection and friendly staff! Would recommend and would stay here again.

Super nice staff

Liked the suite and everything that was in the room. The only disappointment was breakfast, there was no bowls or plates available. The food was not kept full and we had to wait for 30 mins to get the food replenished. This was the only downside to the stay.

Great stay! Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. We will stay again!

Nice rooms

They had no toilet paper, and couldn't restock as they had misplaced their stock. The pillows in the room were flat and of bad quality, with no option to get more pillows.

Everything was really nice and clean ( obviously new) but the beds were the WORST - literally felt like I was sleeping on an old spring mattress with the springs almost sticking out 😭 also breakfast selection was really poor..

Positives: Nice, responsive staff; well designed, clean and comfortable room; couch and pull-out table; convenient kitchenette with real dinnerware and dishwasher; Lots of shelves and hooks; extra linens; bulk personal goods; onsite laundry. Negatives: Location. Little effort to make space around hotel welcoming or pet friendly. Our dog did not want to potty on hot rocks. The interior of the hotel is new, clean and extremely convenient, welcoming a longer stay (for which it seems to be designed). But outside, there is little place to walk, potty the dog, or even walk to conveniences. We are outdoorsy people with a dog so we would prefer more outside conveniences. Since we just stayed one night, it worked well for us.

The room is nice and clean. Water is too soft and feels very hard to wash off soap and body wash.

I chose my room through the Hilton app the day before checkin. When I arrived at the desk the next day I was given a different room

Quick one night trip to visit White Sands. Hotel was great- clean, comfortable, felt new- and the breakfast spread was impressive! Lots of healthy and even GF options. Highly recommend.
