I booked a superior double bed room but when I checked in, the (non-formal) staff + (the owner) forced me to let them have 2 beds (twin bedroom) which should be based on their understanding that a double bed is a twin bed, besides the staff dropped me off knowing that I booked through an OTA.

Room prices are much different if you order via the application and check in directly. It's cheaper if you go directly to the guesthouse. Maybe because the room I booked was rarely used, our bodies were itching, possibly mites/bedbugs. The floor was very dusty, my feet turned pitch black. 😁.
