A nice hotel, we were given a beautiful free upgrade to a fabulous suite. Unfortunately our trip coincided with a business event so dining.options seemed somewhat compromised. Spa area was lovely. After dinner we had to argue for the price stated on the menu which was awkward however it was resolved easily. Overall, a good visit.

We loved our stay! Wonderful service from the staff. The room given to us was disappointing, it needs upgrading to 2024… and in the room they offer mugs and instant coffee and kettle which brought us back to the 80s.. coffee machine would have been nice..

I loved the area, the amenities are great, the staff is so nice and supportive. Great experience!

Great hotel with spa, the restaurant is excellent, perfect location to visit the town and all its amenities. The fernicular up to Montecatini Alto is well worth doing

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this place forced my hand from just how amazing an experience I had. From being easily reachable for any issues, to assisting in creating a special surprise birthday dinner, everyone member of staff were immaculate. A special mention to front of house Simeone, he was always on hand and made you feel welcome as soon as you stepped in the door. The pictures for this place do not do it justice, hidden away in a beautiful location this property was immaculate and I feel it will just get better and better. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Was a great stay. Very convenient location and great facilities. Morning coffee could have been more generous, but breakfast was spectacular. ***Have them put A/C on to your room if needed. If you open window, mosquitoes will find you!***. Massage was wonderful. Masseuse had magic hands.

Great hotel, and excellent staff lovely to be greeted in the morning by a lovely smile from Nicole at breakfast. My room had a really lovely view ( much appreciated) Everything was excellent ( but would have liked a free single supplement) The tiniest niggle is not having any drawers which would be fine if the cupboards were easier to open and close.

The staff was wonderful. The facility was beautiful and the pool and spa pool area was really nice. Breakfast was excellent. Our only complaint is the bathroom set up in our room. We were on the 4th floor in a smart room. The mirror was on a side wall and not above the sink. And the blow dryer would pop out of the outlet. Very difficult to fix my hair & make up!!

Nice hotel, very clean and newly refurbished. Staff is friendly and helpful. Location is great, quiet, lovely views and easily walkable into the town and to the train station.

It is nice and clean with great breakfast. Spa is available but I didn’t get chance to use. Will try next time.

We stayed a week in comfort room on first floor with balcony accessed through bathroom . We had thought this level of room would be larger per pictures but in the end it was fine. The quality of the room is excellent, multimedia not so much usual single English language news Chanel where other languages get a selection. Breakfast great and a good enough selection if you want something fancy for breakfast you pay but that’s fine in my book . Spa area is in separate linked building all good bar the sun lounger are which is too small for size of hotel and gets little sun , this leads to attack by mosquitoes, wife badly bit and self , we used anti moss and patches to no avail . The hotel need to cut back trees but seem to be fixated with nature in this area but does not take guest comfort into account. Regardless fine hotel ,possibly best in area , just some shortcomings that let it down

I wanted to love this place! The people are amazing! Unfortunately we came at the end of May it was 30 degrees outside and there was no AC in the room!! It was unbearably hot to sleep! They only would offer us a fan and told us to open our windows in the night… with allergies it wasn’t possible making unbearable. To use the pool you had to pay 25 euro per person!

Located in quiet parkland above the Terme. Recently renovated to a high artistic modern standard.

Thls hotel is one of the best I have ever stayed in. The staff were so kind and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The bed and pillows were to die for and it was so comfortable. I had a hot stone massage in the spa and this was very special. We took our little Westie with us and he was made so welcome and no charges applied. All in all an amazing experience.

The rooms are very classy renovated… In fact they are amazing! The room maintenance, however wasn’t great. Nothing we used, was replaced by new, (coffe capsules were not added every day, vanity sets that we used were not replaced, towels etc. I would add a couple of hooks and a magnifying mirror in the bathroom and a door to the toilets!! But otherwise the room is perfect! The staff in the front desk is very friendly and helpful and the manager of the kitchen was extremely friendly and kind!! Overall we had a wonderful time

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. They were gracious, helpful and accommodating when we arrived early and woke up late. We couldn’t ask for more.

Das Zimmer war eine Dunkelkammer, es gab nur ein winziges Fenster, das man nur begrenzt öffnen konnte. Die Beleuchtung im Zimmer war unzureichend. Die Partygruppen lärmten bis in die frühen Morgenstunden, da konnte man nicht schlafen. Das ist kein 5 Sterne-Level!

Prisen er 5 stjernet, men resten er 4+. Morgenmadsbuffeten er i orden med æg, bacon, laks etc. Friskpresset smoothie/ juice er lækker. Pool/ spa området er ok men der er mangel på solstole og plads til at ligge, hvor der er sol. Dobbeltværelset var ok men småt. Hotellet ligger ca. 10 min. gang fra byens torv. Personalet er søde og rare, men kun enkelte forstår engelsk.
