The Best Apartment, Best service, clean, comfortable

Rooms are big. Located in central Jakarta. Breakfast need improvement.

The second day we stayed, the sink leaked, the AC also leaked. At 7 pm there was still time for a technician to come to help check and fix it, but the leak happened again at 9.40 pm. I called the receptionist again but they didn't have any more information until I had to call the receptionist again, and the receptionist said that after 10 pm there were no technicians or cleaning services on standby to help us. The living room floor was full of water and we put a pan under the AC to catch the leak. There should be technicians and cleaning services on standby to anticipate if there is an emergency in the room.

The apartment is clean, spacious and comfortable, the cleaning team's service is really good.

The best apartment hotel, the facilities are great, the rooms are clean and comfy and spacious, and security is great. Really2 love this place.

This Rasamala & Cendana at Menteng was a very cozy place and homey apartment to stay with family. I booked 2 Apartment Units on 23-25 Dec 2023 at 9th level, very nice and clean bed rooms, living rooms and of course a complete kitchen set facilities. Lovely 2023 Christmas Family Gathering we've got here. We have been served with friendly Alfons, Wira, Indah at Front Desk, also Agus Security officers. Swimming pool is okay, and a hot whirlpool is also available. A little suggestion for breakfast menus, better served in hot conditions to make it more tasty. Be here for the next occasion. It was a very joyful of Christmas Celebration with Family Gathering @ Rasamala & Cendana Menteng Apartment, 23-25Dec 2023 with 2 Units for 10 peoples. Friendly staffs, clean & lovely cozy rooms, nice view at 9th level, quick response communications using WA, worth the facilities, and the most worthy price compared with other Apartments or Hotels. Really. Thank you Alfons-Wira-Indah (Guest Relation), Agus Security & friends for all of your kind services. A little bit upscale effort for breakfast meal menu, please to be served with warm condition. Anyway thank you so much. Be here for next occasion.

Room okay, very big. Strategic location close to Cikini Station. The main room AC initially didn't work but then the technician quickly repaired it. The front office is friendly even though it's not always on standby, I just saw that some of the staff, especially the unit next door, were less friendly, looking down on non-residential guests. The breakfast menu is limited, the vegetable menu is not fresh enough. Please do better in the future.

The room is very spacious and clean, the kids really love the swimming pool and the breakfast is delicious.

Pesen apartemen untuk acara keluarga yang 3 kamar ternyata super luas dan lega kamar dan ruang tamu-nya plus ada balkon, dengan best view juga. Dapur besar dan super bersih. Fasilitas lengkap, kolam renang plus ada jacuzzi pula, gym dan playground anak. Tempat homey banget jadi pengen extend. Staff ramah dan helpful banget big thanks untuk Mas Frans yang udah bantu dari awal survey sampai menginap dan juga Mbak Adinda kalian berdua very kinds. Next pasti nginep di sini lagi.
