Kamar bersih, nyaman, terhubung langsung dengan mall, fasilitas lengkap, ada setrika, panci, piring, mangkok. Bener-bener cuma bawa baju sama plastik kresek buat buang sampah. Pelayanan baik, ramah, dianter dari parkiran plus dibantu bawa barang. Top deh pokoknya. Fix kalo ke surabaya lagi bakal nginep di sini.

Tempatnya sangat nyaman dan bagus. Pemilik ramah, di arahin sampai bisa ketemu jadi ga bingung.

Tempat yang homey, bersih, nyaman, AC normal air panas normal, teh kopi indomie lengkap gula dan air 2 galon disediakan. Pemilik dan pengelola sangat helpful, diarahkan dengan sangat jelas sampai ditempat, karena baru pertama menginap jadi agak bingung, tapi ternyata dibantu dengan sangat sabar oleh pengelola, dan lobbynya langsung di mall, aksesnya sangat nyaman sekali. Gak sabar untuk next ke Pakuwon bermalam di sini lagi.

My first experience of staying here, at first I was quite hesitant because it is privately managed (in the past, I had an owner who was less than friendly). However, looking at other reviews, this is considered very good! Starting from the first time being guided until you can enter the room, complete facilities in the room (there is also internet for those who need it) and of course there is no need to be confused about parking the car because a special parking card for apartment users has also been provided (for parking cards, I have never tried it because at that time don't bring a car). Of course, there's no need to ask for mall access, the apartment lobby is already inside Pakuwon Mall. So far, for those who want to stay in West Surabaya, this is one of the most strategic places with valueable prices. Very satisfied 🙂.

First time staying in an apartment in Surabaya instead of a hotel, and chose the Cosmy Benson Apartment because it was close to Graha Unesa, coincidentally I wanted to attend a master's graduation and this place was so homey, that my mother, who usually couldn't sleep in a new place, immediately fell asleep here. . The four of us came, consisting of 3 adults and 1 child, sufficient beds, suitable for families, especially as there is fast WiFi plus a mini kitchen complete with stove, noodles, coffee, tea, sugar, cooking utensils and cutlery. The bathroom is really good, warm water, towels, hairdryer and so on are available. There is also a TV with pampering Netflix, YouTube, Disney+. For entry access and other things, you will be informed by WA by a friendly and kind guide, you will immediately understand the steps to get to the room. Thank you Cosmy 🫶

Tempat yang luar biasa dengan view bagus dan kamar yang sangat bersih tersedia Indomie, kopi dan teh jadi bisa masak puas.

The room is clean, the facilities are complete and everything works well. Connection with Pakuwon Mall. Favorite swimming pool for children. It's really suitable for a destination to stay if you go to Surabaya.
