Cute little hotel with a beach vibe and comfortable beds. Centrally located.

Beautiful hotel in perfect location near the town beach. Lovely set up with Palmito restaurant across the road for breakfast. An absolute gem in Biarritz for those wanting to experience the best of what the city has to offer. We will be back for more surf, more food and a lovely hotel to stay in

Perfect place for a quick stay or a long one!

The hotel is also connected to a restaurant/tiki bar (awesome!) across the street, and a café below/adjacent to hotel. Well organized & run. Previous reviews warned us that the bar made the room too noisy, and it was somewhat, but not terrible. The staff were all young, but super helpful & sweet. Room was clean. Great location. Plenty of walkable restaurants around. Coastline & town --beautiful. More touristy than I imagined. Parking a car-- we parked in nearby parking garage Sainte Eugénie, which worked well, for 25€ per day

Loved the location and the general decor. Some of our towels were stained - they were clean but stained with old makeup or fake tan. We were not supplied with enough toilet roll; there was no water jug/bottle - this was mentioned to reception who advised us that all rooms were provided with one. That may be the case, but there wasn't one in our room. He did offer to get one for us if we 'couldn't find it' but the reason we mentioned it was because there wasn't one there! There were two of us in the room but only provided with one door key - which was awkward when coming in and out at different times and needing the key for the lights to function as well as gain entry to the hotel after a certain time in the evening. We were issued with a second key when we requested it but usually hotels provide each guest with a key to avoid this problem. The staff were very pleasant and I would recommend the hotel for anyone staying in Biarritz for a night or two.

I really enjoyed this hotel. Just minutes to the sea and wonderful shopping and restaurants.

Ideally located down town, nice place with a style. Staff are super friendly. Remember to take ear plug if you want to sleep early, as some rooms are on the street and party are late in Biarritz

Beautiful hotel right in the center of Biarritz, 1 min walk to the beach. Loved the decor, room was very comfortable and quiet. Great restaurant and bar opposite which is also part of the hotel. Highly recommended!

Pros: Excellent location, very walkable to shops and restaurants, very close to the ocean. The location is a 10/10. Front desk staff were nice. Cons: Very noisy, was hard to get a full nights sleep in due to hearing all the noise from the people’s rooms above us. Also, cleanliness was disappointing. Old hair was found on the walls and drain in the shower and also the sheets in the bed. Very dusty. All of the bathroom towels and bedsheets smelled like mildew. At night the HVAC AC system picked up the cigarette smoke outside and our room smelled like smoke. Based on our experience we probably wouldn’t want to stay here again for the Cons reasons, especially since we did pay a lot and there were many other hotels nearby that could suit our overall cleanliness and noise levels needs more.

We stayed at Palmito in June and it was lovely. Close to the beach, Les Halles. Very enjoyable

The location was phenomenal...right in the pedestrian zone and two blocks from the beach!
