Hotel was in an amazing location, as soon as you get off the ferry its straight in front and we had a sea view room which was quiet, never heard any noise with windows shut. Great, helpful staff. would definitely return.

I almost never highly recommend a property; highly recommend! Staff is excellent, property is charming and great location.

Excellent location. Right on the harbour front with a very short walk from the ferries and water taxis. Check-in was easy and all the staff were amazing. Breakfast was OK but was included in the cost of accommodation. Really good bar outside of hotel overlooking the harbour. A great base if you're staying on the Island. We really enjoyed our stay which was enhanced by the staff.

The location and the view from the room were wonderful; however, the room is a little dated. Especially the bathroom which is very small with limited space to put your toiletries and clothes. The bed was quite hard, and I didn't really get a good sleep that night. But the location is really convenient cos it's right by the port.

Wonderful view, spacious clean room, easy walk to the ferrys, would stay again.

Great value property , close to the Ferry , shops and restaurants of Spetses . Adequate neat clean rooms , comfy bed . Great for a short stay .

The staff accommodated us very well. We had 3 rooms and had a little trouble with the air conditioning. they changed us right away and the young hostess Evangelia was just lovely to deal with. It's a perfect location central to everything. I would visit again for sure..

Location and staff are excellent. However, we booked and paid for a superior double sea view room and we’re allocated rooms 348. It was extremely disappointing. The bathroom was so small you had to sit sideways on the toilet because there was no space for your legs between the end of the toilet and the shower screen and you had to shower sideways to get wet because the shower was in a really narrow recess. The bathroom door didn’t open properly because of the tiling and neither the safe, fridge or balcony lights worked. The bed is a concrete base and very uncomfortable. We saw inside another room which was much better.

Very convenient location. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and efficient. The rooms was immaculate and even though it was the one room which hadn’t been updated, it was comfortable and adequate.

I stayed for one night and was very happy at the hotel. I liked the contactless check in via an app on my mobile. I also enjoyed a good night’s sleep on new beds. The room was modern and spacious with great sea view. If again in Spetses I would stay again

One night’s stay at this very friendly hotel. I was offered a renovated room that offered superb views of Spetses town and the port. Seeing that after a great night’s sleep is 5* for me! I fully recommend
