Very clean and well maintained.

Great place to stay close to the airport.

The room was okay, very minimal. I liked that the rooms didn’t have carpet but I notice the cleaning staff did not vacuum the rooms. My kids had pizza one night and dropped crumbs on the floor and the next day the bed sheets were changed but that was all. They failed to put trash bags in the bathroom, they only seem to take the dirty towels but NOT REALLY CLEAN the room.

Beautiful property in a safe convenient location. Professional, efficient, kind staff. Property was clean Nd in excellent condition and our room and beds were very comfy. Would definitely book here again.

We were assigned room 225. On the second day we woke up to water all over the floor in our room. We were told that maintenance would take care of it, but they never came. I called them 5 times. After several hours with no action, I finally insisted that they move us to another room. We have never experienced such a lack of response to a problem! Very disappointed in Hilton.

Friendly staff, great location!

Great hotel however, staff was not very welcoming although super helpful. Front desk needs to polish up on customer service skills and have smile on.

Overall amazed by the cleanliness of hotel and how well the area in which the hotel is. Very friendly staff. Will definitely be staying here again.

We were there only one night inbetween flights out of Dallas. Airport shuttle service was excellent! Nice bar/ restaurant, and very comfortable beds!

I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Grapevine at Silverlake Crossing and had a fantastic experience. The staff at the front desk were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The location was perfect – convenient to downtown Grapevine, which made exploring the charming city easy and enjoyable.
