Come to the apartment to check-in at 19.00. There is no one from travelio who can be contacted. Was told to wait 3 hours. In the room, there are more problems: 1. The electricity is off. 2. TV doesn't work. 3. Wifi is not working. 4. The bathroom is dirty.
