Rooms were clean. Breakfast was below standard.

The laundry room didn't work and elevators were breaking.

I’ve stayed here a couple times, but last time wasn’t as good as other times. The attentiveness wasn’t there, there were some things out of service, we ask to clean the room 2 times they never went. This time was average at best.

When the room was book it was listed under a different name and the parking was supposed to be free, the pictures of the room also showed a kitchen which it didn't have

Stay was great! Everything was clean the rooms were spotless. Easy pool access we had the pool to ourselves the 2 days we decided to go to the pool. Only thing was the parking we didn’t expect to be charged separately for that.

We went for almost a week. The 1st night the AC in our room was broken and the room would not go lower than 75. We could not get room service or extra pillows other than in the morning. We asked for room service one day and did not get it. One of the washing machines were broken and there was only 2. We waited for hours to do laundry. The ice machine was also broken and there was no ice at all. One morning the elevator broke and we had to walk the stairs. We were on the top floor. The front desk did not seem concerned about issues and they were not very hospitable. The only positive was the hotel was clean, the rooms were clean and there was a hot breakfast every morning. It was also located around of popular destinations. (I will not be staying here again.)

This hotel boasts a genuinely good location, putting us right where we wanted to be for DisneyWorld. We did, however, find the parking fee a bit of an unexpected add-on. On the bright side, the breakfast options were great, offering a wide variety to start our days. One thing to note for longer stays: there's no room cleanup unless requested if you're there for more than 3-4 days, which was a minor adjustment for us. Overall, a solid choice for a with a fantastic location.

Very low quality furniture , the TV WiFi was not working , ask to fix many times , they did not fix , no coffe machine or microwave on the room , ICE Machine broked , terrible bed matress , not confortable bed at all , the pillows are like a joke ….found my room door OPEN when i was back from the parks , don’t know the reason , Pool Closes at 8PM , really ????? Why not 10 ????? They charge $20 per night for parking , all others Hotels around are free , brakefast very poor , if you like to have a good stuff needs to pay extra , include better coffe too …. Will not goig back there

For the cost for sleeping at night and showing in the morning then going out all day to Orlando areas, this is ok.
