Ants issue all over on the floor and bed - the front desk did help to change room though. It took us at least 20 minutes to wait for lift during peak hour (between 10 AM - 12 PM).

There are a lot of ants on the floor and bed. During peak hour (check out hour), it took me 15-30 minutes to get the lift to reach my floor.

Poor demonstration during the purchase.

At first I just tried this hotel for fun, it turned out to be nice and comfortable, very suitable as an alternative if you want to go to Genting to stay here

It takes 10-15 minutes from hotel of you seek for the cable car. Overall the hotel is nice, the scenery is amazing!

The room very smeely and dirty. The sofa also dirty. Balcony and bathroom. All dirty. The bed also smelly like no change after use another guess. Only the staff friendly but room is bad at all.

This hotel was big enough for my small family. It has two rooms and two bedrooms. Overall I am satisfied with this place. Will come again in the future.

The hotel is nice, the rooms are clean, the prices are cheap, and it's really comfortable to sleep here.

Room was quite small, but has all the basic necessities. Towels provided smells weird. Apart from that, staff was friendly & helpful & the location is 5 mins to GPO.

Excellent, the staff is very friendly especially Mr. Krishna who served me. He gave me a room with good view and AC. I only didn't feel comfortable when I needed to queue quite long only for check in. Everything else is great.
