staf sangat ramah, makanan juga enak, di sekitar area ada tempat wisata dan juga beberapa tempat makan. Yang jadi masalah akses parkiran ke hotel, tidak disediakan shuttle, jadi barang harus drop dulu di lobby namun akses untuk masuk mobilnya termasuk sulit karena one way dan tidak ada yang jaga di bawah. Pertimbangkan untuk bawa koper kecil karena jika mau jalan kaki agak sulit, jalanannya berbatuan besar dan menanjak jadi harus diangkat kopernya dan kalau malam minim penerangan. Untuk kamar sendiri agak ada beberapa serangga (masih cukup wajar karena di tengah hutan). Sliding door kamar mandi rusak, air keluar besar kecil dan kadang mati
