The hotel is beautiful as the picture, the staff is friendly, warm and enthusiastic. The room I chose cost more than 2 million/ 2 people/ 1 night. The price for an additional person staying in the same room is also extremely affordable, from 200k to 500k, depending on your choice of breakfast, extra bed... everything is priced very reasonably. If you like a place with nostalgic, ancient, quiet beauty but not an old hotel, this is the perfect choice for staying and experiencing. Sincerely thank the Hotel and the staff here for helping and supporting so much so that my family had a very good experience when staying in Hue 💝

The hotel is in a beautiful location, central near Hue Imperial City. Good service and room facilities, the only downside is the bad wifi that cannot be used.

The hotel is very nice, very close to the Imperial City. The room I rented was a bit small because I planned to have a lot of fun outside, but it was a rainy day so I stayed at the hotel more.

Beautiful location right in the royal citadel. Any hotel corner can have beautiful photos. The ancient space makes guests feel like they have returned to ancient times. But there are a few minus points, my house arrived early even though there was a room but still did not allow early check-in even though the staff had previously said there was a room and would call to check in early. Poor soundproofing, and breakfast is not diverse.

The first time I saw the room pictures, I was extremely satisfied. The hotel is new so everything is still very good. Delicious food, good place to sleep. There is a complex with a coffee shop and restaurant. Full of Hue's color and style. The staff is enthusiastic, cute, always smiling, gentle, answering and supporting all customers' questions. If I have the opportunity to return to Hue, I will still book a room here.

Close to Imperial so you can enjoy morning/evening walk. The architecture is stunning

I booked a hotel to stay in to facilitate the procession of the bride. Before coming to stay, I contacted the hotel to help me prepare a table so that they could have seats. And everything went great on the wedding day. I would like to thank the entire hotel staff for their support

Nhân viên cực kỳ thân thiện và dễ thương, từ quản lý đến lễ tân, nhà hàng...Dù nha mình gặp khá nhiều vấn đề riêng tư (ko liên quan đến khách sạn) nhưng khách sạn hỗ trợ rất nhiệt tình. Một nơi rất đang để trải nghiệm khi đến Huế. khách sạn ngay sát bên đại nội, rất thích hợp cho ai muốn rời xa phố thị. Quanh khách sạn cũng có rất nhiều quán ăn. Nói chung mình cực kỳ hài lòng. Nhất định sẽ trở lại trong một ngày không xa. Cảm ơn mọi người rất nhiều!

Staying at Spatel d'Annam is the best thing during our 5 days Trip from hue to Hoi An. The staffs are friendly and supportive since they know the local pretty well and will give you the best advice. The room is well decorated and equipped. Breakfast is nice too. We also booked for an oriental massage session and we enjoyed it with the ginger hot tea and traditional home-made massage oil. Definitely will come back.

Reception is very friendly, hospitable, always smiling and helping. The room is decorated in a very oriental style, clean, quiet, airy, the pool is a bit small but I don't have much time so it's not necessary. The buffet is a bit too simple, the water dish only has 1 dish, the other few dishes (about 4 dishes) for me personally are not suitable.

A night in Hue is so gentle and gentle. The ladies, the staff here are extremely friendly and fun.
