The hotel handled the incident involving my family terribly. Another guest brazenly filmed my family while we were in our room and complained about my child disturbing my afternoon nap at 3 pm. When this happened, I received no cooperation from the management; they only relayed my complaint through a staff member. I booked a 3-day, 2-night stay, but the hotel claimed the guest who filmed my family while we were resting had booked a month's stay, suggesting they were biased. This foreign guest was very impolite, even insulting my mother, and behaving inappropriately (offering a 500k VND tip to my mother and demanding she check out). I had booked this hotel for my family in Da Lat because it received many positive reviews during my cross-Vietnam trip.
Regarding the rooms, the cleaning staff didn't replace my toothbrush when cleaning, and my room didn't have a mini-fridge (I was offered a different room, but it was inconvenient because it would require moving, so I declined).
It was very disappointing. I will never return and I will not recommend this hotel to my friends when they visit Da Lat.
