The staff is friendly, and the room is clean. But my advice if you can choose a room, don't choose a room next to the stairs because you can still hear people chatting from the lobby and outside the window.

good service, nice room, clean, parking for 3 cars,, price 400 more, can't have breakfast, no slippers, facilities are lacking... eg teapot, coffee tea, hopefully in the future it can be added as a supplement. the wifi had been dead for a long time, so the smart tv could not be used. hot water, hot water available. a bit on the outskirts of the city, it happened that when I stayed in front of the hotel there was a loud karaoke event. thank you

Pro: harga bersahabat. Smart TV (Akun netflix harus pakai akun sendiri) Kons: Lokasi hotelnya agak jauh. Jalan masuknya berbatu-batu. Depan hotel tetangga berisik, karaoke sampai tengah malam.

Had a pleasant stay at Mama Komodo for our transit before we went sailing. We stayed at Executive room for 1 night. It was very comfortable, the bed, the room, the bathroom as well. The food was nice as well. For this price I would say it's pretty worth it. They provide airport pickup service for 100k/trip, if you are travelling with friends this would be a great option. 1 side note, the water pressure is a bit weak. But overall it was a great stay.

Overall worth it. The employees are friendly. Bedroom as expected. Clean. There is a TV, AC, 2 power plugs, a mirror, a small table. The bathroom is spacious but only 1 towel is provided even though 2 are staying. The toilet water pressure is also lacking, but the shower and sink are good. The shower has hot water. Quite far from food stalls.

Clean hotel but lots of mosquitoes. Approximately 15-20 minutes to the city center. Cheap but not cheap.

The place is super far from the city. Orders via the online motorcycle taxi app (vehicles or food) keep getting rejected because they are too far away. They do have food available with a standard menu but the price is super expensive (ex: egg fried rice 50 thousand). The room is cramped (but the bathroom is quite big). Nb: we ordered a superior room with extra bed and as a result there really wasn't any movement area. The saddest day, the second day I wanted to ask for a glass of hot water to make baby porridge, and it turned out that I paid 15 thousand (what is 15 thousand warm water for a small glass) really disappointed. Even in other places, if you don't provide an electric kettle, there must be hot water on standby in the lobby. From me, who often stays in a lot of standard category hotels like Mama Komodo, this is at least not recommended. Sorry Mama Komodo. For other things I can ignore it, but because of 15,000 a glass of water, I am very disappointed. It's not because it's 15 thousand, but how come it's so evil that it feels like a small glass of hot water is valued that way.

Nice hotel and still said to be very new. First, the staff came, all girls, and were very helpful. TV here can also be Netflix'an youtube and others. Anyway, I don't regret staying here. The rooms are very clean, amenitis, cold AC 👍🏻. The lack is quite far from the airport and it is rather difficult to find a place to eat. Don't be sad, even though it's far from where to eat here, there is also a dining menu that can be ordered. ️

Masih baru, jadi masih bersih, nyaman, dan stafnya ramah banget, dekat juga dari pusat kota, makanannya lumayan enak, untuk sarapan bisa milih antara nasi goreng atau mie goreng, akses ke tiap lantai hanya melalui tangga, airnya kurang kencang juga di toilet, wifi sama AC-nya kenceng banget, okelah.
