Comfortable place to vacation, love the room, very nice & clean, and the price is very okay.

All the staff are very friendly, and the rooms are clean and spacious. It's easy to get everywhere. One of my favorite places to stay in Surabaya.

Champion service, very helpful staff, spacious, clean, fragrant room, only the last time I stayed, I got a bathtub that wasn't very clean and had a few broken pieces, but overall it was very good

The hotel staff is very friendly, if you go to the mall it is approximately 5 minutes from the hotel.

Dirty and not maintained, even if you ask to replace it, it's the same thing. Dirty towels, dirty doormats, and the AC isn't cold.

When I first entered, the staff were super friendly, the greetings were very nice, the hotel was clean and fragrant, I will come here again next time I go to Surabaya.

It's fun, but the food doesn't taste good enough

1st night stay in the room is dusty. And I would like to use the coffee maker and discover a cockroach inside. Afterwards discover 2... 3... So I change another room but still dusty. Surrounding this hotel is boring and not beautiful.

September 13-14, 2025. The intention was just to staycation with family. Booked 2 rooms, and it turned out to be very comfortable, with a bathtub that directly views the TV, and can be closed if you want to take a shower. The room area is clean and quite spacious. The design is nice and comfortable. The toilet, WC, and shower area are in different rooms, very clean. I really felt at home and comfortable staying here. Very nice.

FAMILY STAYCATION From the moment we entered the hotel, the staff promptly greeted us, opened the door, and directed us to the check-in area. Upon arrival at the check-in desk, the staff immediately greeted us, processed our check-in, provided us with the key, and explained the breakfast area. Ambience/Facilities: The ambiance is quite good, but what really made us comfortable were the facilities and spacious rooms. Food: Breakfast was quite varied and tasty. Staff Assistance: Very friendly and able to understand customer needs. Highlights: Facilities and spacious rooms; perhaps a minibar could be added. Price: Reasonable compared to competitors in the same class. Location: Good location, but it's next to a less popular mall, so it's quiet at night.

For 900k/day, the rooms aren't particularly nice, but they are quite spacious. The room I stayed in was a bit dirty, and the distance between the bathtub and the bathroom partition was too far from the bathroom, which could potentially wet the carpet. The sheets on the blanket weren't white and looked dull. The white sheets on the bed and the dull blanket were visible.

My stay at Artotel TS Suites was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The hotel's modern design and unique artwork created a vibrant and inspiring atmosphere. My room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and featured a very comfortable bed. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
