The room was clean, the service was good, and it was close to the city center and culinary scene. I only have one suggestion: please improve the AC in the room, as it was really noisy when I stayed there, disturbing my sleep.

Besides being clean, this hotel's location is quite strategic and close to everything. However, there are a few minor points for improvement: 1. When checking in and out, no hotel staff helped unload or load luggage from the car, even though our group consisted of eight people, mostly women. However, the front desk staff was friendly. 2. In the twin rooms, each bed only had one pillow, which was very uncomfortable for someone who usually uses at least two pillows when sleeping. 3. In the afternoon, the hot water was not available. 4. This was perhaps the most inconvenient aspect regarding breakfast: First, the restaurant opens at 7:00 AM, not 6:00 AM like in most hotels. Second, the dining room is very small and enclosed, with only a dozen tables inside and seating for around 30 people. There are a few small tables outside, but they are for smokers. As a result, every time we go to breakfast, it feels like a war for seating. Third, the food menu is very incomplete, not befitting a 3-star hotel. Hopefully, this information can be helpful to hotel management.

For a room priced at 400 thousand, the breakfast is very unvaried, drinks are only water, side dishes are only 1 type, and this is the only hotel that does not provide an omelette menu. If we request to have eggs made, we have to add 10 thousand.
