The unit is good, clean, has hot water

The staff is friendly, check-in and check-out are also not complicated, the rooms are really good.

Please change the sheets because they are itchy, and the shower is also broken

For whatever reason, this is the first time I've found a place this clean in Lagoon, continue with pp property 🫰🏻.

The order was impromptu, but fortunately the admin was kind and still wanted to wait to check it out and was satisfied with the quality time with my husband even though our work hours were very busy.

Highly recommended, clean and top service.

It's called a dulaxe room but it's super standard, the air conditioner isn't cold either, the bathroom also has clogged drains and the worst thing is that the security is all dirty, in my opinion don't underestimate people who book daily at Lagoon, even if they just want to share the same room Don't look down on your spouse or whatever, after all, your salary comes from every guest you rent, if you feel clean, don't work in the apartment daily.

Very good suitable for those who want to stay on holiday in one night.

Saya sewa 1 malam dengan kamar tipe studio, proses check in cepat tetapi saat masuk ke kamar kebersihan ruang masih kurang: beberapa sudut lantai masih berdebu, sprei agak kotor, dan Netflix hanya bisa diakses jika sudah memiliki akun pribadi. Yang paling mengecewakan adalah saat check out, deposit tunai 50 ribu saya ternyata dipakai oleh anggota staff dan akhirnya harus dikirimkan via tranfer BCA. Beberapa jam setelah selesai check out, ada 2 panggilan dari pihak apart menanyakan saya kapan akan check in, terlihat tidak ada kordinasi dan kurangnya professionalisme antara staff. Overall, saya tidak rekomen apart ini karena pelayanan yang buruk dan fasilitas kamar (setidaknya untuk tipe studio) yang memiliki banyak kekurangan.

Lumayan bagus, lega juga, enak, bersih.

Fasilitas kamar tidak sesuai deskripsi, gak ada kulkas, gak ada dapur, netflix expired, admin gak ada respond, OB di tungguin gak dateng, tata letak kamar berantakan.

Motorbike parking is chaotic & there is no daily subscription fee for staying overnight, if you want to go out, pay according to the existing conditions 19,000/day *) maximum rate. 2. The room has ants in almost all the rooms it seems, because even when staying before it was like that there must also be room fogging maintenance every month. 3. The room is noisy with the sound of an outdoor AC compressor because it is only cleaned by gypsum between the room and the outside balcony. 4. Sanitary channels are clogged like remembering water when after use. 5. There is no water heater, a suggestion might be added, if there is a stove in the type suite, there is no standard type. At first, the service was good, the staff were friendly, it's just that the facilities needed to be improved, the maintenance room, and suggestions from previous guests for better input might be used to improve the room service apartment service, thanks.

Super keren. Ramah ramah juga receptionist nya 😊. Cantik pula. Niat buat rehat malah jadi betah, kalo durasinya di kota ini masih lama mungkin akan seminggu deh staycation di sini. Terima kasih Grand Kamala Lagoon.

Kamarnya bersih. Karyawannya juga ramah. The best pokoknya.

The room is nice, it's just that cleanliness still needs attention, because in the bathroom where I was there was another visitor's used diapers that hadn't been thrown away and that was very annoying.

Airnya mampet. Jadi banjir di toilet.
