Ocean view room, walking distance to the beach, right behind Vo Nguyen Giap street. Surrounded by many mini supermarkets, cafes, and food stalls selling breakfast, lunch, and dinner, you don't have to worry about being hungry. When I needed to check out late because the baby was sleeping, the owner Oanh was willing to help me check out without charge. Ketika said check-out without a pantai, she was willing to lend the staff's bathroom for my family to use, and also suggested a delicious chicken rice restaurant to order delivery to the hotel for my family to eat while waiting for a taxi to pick me up at the airport to fly back instead of taking a taxi to find a restaurant and then taking a taxi back to the airport, which is expensive. Thank you very much, Oanh.

The second night here, I stayed in a sea view room. The room was spacious, clean, with large windows overlooking the sea, airy, the location was super close to the sea, very nice, good price compared to other hotels with similar location and view. The receptionist and the security guard were very enthusiastic, hospitable and kind. I felt warm and impressed with their hospitality. The photo was taken at 11:30 pm, I was getting ready to go to the airport so I was in a hurry to take a souvenir photo with the security guard, I forgot to take a photo with the kind receptionist.

The room is also normal, close to My Khe beach but quite far from the central Hai Chau area with many famous restaurants. Room amenities lack tea/coffee/instant noodles - not worthy of a 3-star hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Platinum Hotel, and I must say that it was an amazing experience from start to finish.
