The price in the application does not match the live price. Bad!

Maybe because the price is cheap, the place is dirty, there are lots of cracks/slips on the walls, the AC Freon is out, the bathroom water heater doesn't work, the sheets and pillow cases don't seem to have been changed, the type of room in the application has a bathroom outside, so I upgraded to move to a room type with an inside bathroom.

it's comfortable here, the room is clean, but next time for the service staff, when the guest comes, if you can be "friendly" and for those of you who really paid for it through the alpha voucher, don't throw it away for proof, because I'm there so it's complicated to check in its

Saya tahu, harga memang menentukan, tapi ini sungguh kotor, untuk saya jelek boleh tapi kotor jangan, akses sulit atau pelayanan kurang ramah ga masalah tapi tolong lah bersih, saya buka laci langsung shock ternyata isi nya tumpukan puntung rokok dan abu nya sebanyak itu dan langsung gatal hidung, ok sila sebut saya manja tapi itu beneran ganggu, kotor di hampir semua sudut kamar termasuk exhaust kamar mandi sungguh saya tidak minta bagus, saya hanya ingin bersih.

Kena biaya tambahan 30 rb. Kamar kotor tidak terawat. Penjaga hotel tidak ramah.
