The place is comfortable, the staff is friendly

Room is too much different from photos and pungent smell across the room. No cancellation or upgrade room allowed. Super disappointed.

I had already booked but when I checked in the room was not at all, it was very different from the picture, the walls were dirty and full of mold, the lights were not bright enough, the balcony was not clean, the sheets looked like they hadn't been changed, it was very uncomfortable so I ended up not staying there and immediately booked a hotel.

The service is okay but unfortunately the gas cylinder and water gallon are empty.

The staff is friendly if you just want to stay overnight and just spend the night, it's okay if you want a vacation, no, the mattress is already wavy, it's not soundproof at all, even chairs that move from the next room can be heard, make sure not to get an economy class because there are no facilities such as towels, soap, toothpaste like most accommodations because it's cheap, don't expect much because it's strategic, it's good

The first time I stayed here, I was a bit surprised, I paid more for the towels and soap if I wanted to take them🙂 usually the toothpaste in hotels/apartments hasn't been put in holes but this one has been put in holes so I'm thinking it's leftover🥲
