Dear customer, based on the information you wrote in your review, we guess that you may have mistakenly identified the building's motorbike parking lot. The building has a motorbike parking lot on the opposite campus, however the entrance gate is on Kim Dong Street. The parking lot has a fee so it is open 24/7. The parking lot you are referring to is gate 47 Nguyen Hue, it belongs to the Youth Cultural Center so it is only open during office hours. Unfortunately, you did not contact us when you encountered this problem to resolve it. Hope to serve you better next time.

About the kitchen: we are ready to provide if customers request (the staff on duty has noted when checking in but you may not have heard clearly). 3. About balcony chairs: because the building is close to the sea, the wind is strong and the humidity and salinity are high, so some chairs have deteriorated after a period of use. We are replacing them. 4. The time you stay is very crowded because of some events happening in Quy Nhon, so the elevator may take a while to wait. 5. Service prices have been announced in advance, prices may be higher or lower than other places, it is normal, the choice is up to the customer.
