The type you ordered is a Queen Room, and according to the photo in the application, the mattress is placed directly on the floor without a bed frame to make the room feel more spacious. We apologize for the slow Wi-Fi, the toilet that did not function properly, the AC that was not cold enough, the TV that sometimes turned off by itself, and the presence of mosquitoes. We will immediately follow up on your input: * Wi-Fi - we have increased the bandwidth and performed periodic router resets. * Toilet - the maintenance team has checked and replaced the necessary spare parts. * AC - the routine service schedule has been accelerated so that the temperature returns to optimal. * TV - the unit was checked by a technician; The software has been updated to prevent automatic shutdown. * Mosquitoes - we do scheduled fogging and provide mosquito lotion/repellent at the reception.
