Alhamdulillah, the atmosphere is pleasant and cool got Superior room No. 5 comfortable and cool there is Android TV, strong Wifi signal (because the modem is in room 4), clean and fast water, water heater ON, AC also works well cold cold the best thing is this Superior Room, direct view to the pool and pine trees, the night atmosphere looks out to the street, I swear it reminds me of an old school movie There is a shop across the location so it's easy if you need urgent needs The staff and employees are friendly, Someah hade ka semah...

Stayed during a long weekend, greeted by the crowd of single organs.. fortunately only until 15.30. The staff is very friendly. Fun playing in the clear and fast-flowing river, must be careful not to be careless. The family room is quite spacious, during the day it is a bit hot because there is no AC and at night it is not too cold. Suggestions: - fix the water heater, - provide a small refrigerator - provide room slippers, - provide tea not just coffee, - provide a mirror outside the bathroom and clothes hangers in the closet

I've been on vacation here twice. The staff is responsive, in my opinion the superior room is the most comfortable, the lighting is okay, the view of the swimpool, there is a king bed/double bed. The drawback is that the water heater sometimes goes off and the water from the shower is quite small, if it clashes with an event from outside the sound is quite disturbing to the room, the wifi is a little disruptive in the rainy season, in the summer there are lots of bees, there are lots of ants on the balcony, but it's okay, it's still understandable because the location still has lots of vegetation and highlands. But you can go on a tour of the river for free as much as you like, there are lots of choices for the swimpool from children to adults, the food is delicious, the vibes are very cool and fresh in the village, perfect for healing. Actually for the price of 300 thousand it's really good, it's really value for money. You get a riverside atmosphere, there's a deck plus a table and chairs in front of the room for hanging out, friendly staff service (special mention for the little FO who wears glasses, super helpful and friendly, you must raise her salary), the taste of the restaurant food is delicious (recommended cikur fried rice), includes a swimming pool, includes access to the mini zoo. Almost perfect, unfortunately there is a fairly fatal minus, namely the water is often turned off even though after chatting the water is immediately turned back on but it makes it very uncomfortable when you want to go to the toilet. Other minor shortcomings: the fried rice in the breakfast is smelly but the side dishes are delicious plus there is hot green bean porridge, the best, then in the non-AC room there is no fan / exhaust samsek so at night it's a bit hot but still at a relatively safe level. Suggestion is better to wait for an AC room to be available, don't force a non-AC room

The hotel staff is very friendly, the place is very satisfying and cool, there are a lot of insects, including ants, entering the room, especially when it rains. If possible, put a stopper under the door so that it is safely closed all the way down. The breakfast is also quite good.

The swimming pool is clean, the water doesn't have any chlorine taste, it's crystal clear straight from the mountains. Playing in the river water makes you want to come back again. The room is quite minimalist, unfortunately the bathroom has minimal hangers so it's difficult to put toiletries. Maybe in the future it can be added.

Minus the water heater, it doesn't work :( Hopefully it will be better in the future.

The friendliness of the staff is quite impressive. Stayed in a superior room, cleanliness and comfort are acceptable. The bathroom is clean, hot water is smooth. The view is amazing, unfortunately it rained in the afternoon until night. Dinner can be ordered at the restaurant until 18:00, delivered to the room.

dear kampung karuhun, please fix the booking update between traveloka vs website, because I ordered from March for a deluxe suite room with an inside bathroom, but on the exact day of April 1st, the information was that the room was full and replaced with a room option without an inside bathroom. because I had arrived in Sumedang so I had no choice but to take it but the room was very uncomfortable, there was no AC and the shared bathroom was very dirty. the water often went out. My suggestion is to renovate all the rooms that have bathrooms inside. and pay attention to the water and electricity so that they don't go out often if they are well maintained I'm sure the inn will be even more crowded. thank you

The area around Masi is very messy because it is undergoing major renovations, the swimming pool can't be used at all, actually it should be closed temporarily, but the security service is very good, they are willing to help us who are going to have sahur later, and this place is right in the middle of the forest 🤭
