The villa is clean, there are 2 rooms, and 1 foldable bed. Suggestions for the back room to provide a fan because it is stuffy, the knife is very blunt and cannot be used, and cooking utensils such as Teflon pans according to me it is time to replace them, the mat also does not absorb water please especially for the bathroom, if possible add a water heater because the air in Batu is quite cold if you bring small children, for the plus the location is close to Jatim Park 3, a comfortable villa for a family vacation, but hopefully that will be fixed.

The Villa Owner is very kind & considerate even though communication is only via WA. The comfortable place of the tenant neighbors is also friendly. It's just a shame that at that price there is no AC & water heater. Another one for flushing closed is also not working. Hopefully in the future there will be AC and water heather, and the flussing closed will also be repaired. Overall is good, thanks.

I was with my family from Palembang on vacation to Batu and stayed at this Poermira 3 villa for 2 nights. Villa Poermira 3 is located in the Permata Garden Regency cluster housing, Batu. The first impression of entering this house is that the environment is very comfortable. The furniture in this house is still in new condition and the interior is clean and tidy. The atmosphere of a modern minimalist house also brings the impression of being very comfortable at home, especially the air around the house is also cool even without air conditioning. The interior of the house is equipped with accent ornaments that strengthen its modern minimalist character. Inside the house is also provided a gas stove, rice cooker, kitchen furniture, refrigerator, and others for cooking that add to the complete family vacation. The house is also accompanied by a carpod and already has a canopy. In addition to led tv, this house is also equipped with wifi which is rarely found in other homestays. Every afternoon there is also a typical poor meatball brother walking around the housing, of course it tastes great. Access to the main road is also not too far and there are many restaurants around it. The distance to the stone square is only about 15-20 minutes. The only minus is the closet which needs to be flushed manually because the flushing is stuck but overall my family and I are very comfortable and satisfied staying here. Surely we will come back here again if we vacation in Batu again.
