On my Day 2 after I return back to the hotel in the evening, I was shocked that the room was not cleaned up despite I have put on the "Clean my room" light before leaving in the morning.
Called the Front Desk and the cleaner came instantly by after cleaning, I asked for new towel and he said he doesn't have and will come back but didn't.
Also, the mini-fridge was not replenished.
I visited this hotel almost every month for few nights of stay, and the Front Desk still needs me to fill up my contact and email each time, and worst of all this round ask me for a deposit for an extra room key.
