The room is very amazing in terms of spacious, clean, complete facilities. The corridor is clean and tidy.

Nice and cosy hotel, walking distance to Grand Batam mall. A lot of nice food nearby, A2 foodcourt is nearby too.

The variety of food is not as much as when I first stayed here. From the last time I stayed here, there is something different, namely the massage chair like the ones in the mall.

The reception is very good, I have stayed here several times, this hotel is highly recommended.

Friendly staff, location very good, a lot of food and massages place

On my Day 2 after I return back to the hotel in the evening, I was shocked that the room was not cleaned up despite I have put on the "Clean my room" light before leaving in the morning. Called the Front Desk and the cleaner came instantly by after cleaning, I asked for new towel and he said he doesn't have and will come back but didn't. Also, the mini-fridge was not replenished. I visited this hotel almost every month for few nights of stay, and the Front Desk still needs me to fill up my contact and email each time, and worst of all this round ask me for a deposit for an extra room key.

Easy 7min distance to AA hawker center. Breakfast could be improved, almost all food was not warm when it was served (and I was there at 7am).

All service good. Hotel quality superb. Across mall. Near many good restaurants.
